They forgot an item. Called to get a refund. Initially told me that they could not do a refund remotely and that I would have to go to the location. Told them that was not acceptable, as it was their F-up, not mine. Yes I used the F-word. Should not have done that, but my frustration took over. Called back and asked if the hung up on me. The person said, “You don’t need to be yelling at my employees. We refunded your card, so leave us alone”, then hung up on me again....read full review
It tastes just like home. I grew up in Pt Pleasant, graduated from Point Pleasant Boro HS. Went to Mike's Subs all the time and when I come up here to Albuquerque it always tastes just like back then. It's the best sub you will ever eat! And the atmosphere is so friendly.
