This place on Holly is horrible! They constantly get the sandwich order wrong. When brought back in to store about wrong item you are met with rudeness and disdain from the manager. This has happened several times. I go back because at one time it was great, things happen so I gave a chance. I would much rather cross the river to go to the one on Coors and Irvin where you are met with happy, sweet workers, a clean restaurant, and a clean kitchen counter.

The sandwiches offered here are truly delectable. I particularly appreciate the rosemary herb bread, although I am unsure of its exact name. The customer service provided is consistently excellent, and I am very grateful for it. May God bless you all.

Food was fantastic!
Counter service was horrible. The gentleman taking my order was very hard to understand and wouldn’t look at me when he was talking. After being told it was going to take a long time for my order, and then watching several walk in orders being completed after mine I found out 3 of my sandwich orders were completed and kept behind the counter. They were to distracted they couldn’t let me know.

The tables were filthy and hadn’t been clean for some time.

The bathrooms were clean and the overall shop was clean. The tables were gross.

The good: Tasty fast food sandwiches with a nice selection and good ingredients.
The bad: The biggest issue is the drive thru lane. You can't see if there are any cars, so if you are picking up an online order and someone in front of you orders hot subs, be prepared to wait for 15 minutes while your own food gets cold because there's no way to exit the drive thru once you're there.
They really need to make window orders pull around and wait if it's going to be more than a few minutes.
Also, special instructions such as light on lettuce are rarely, if ever, followed.

The Subs are the best in Albuquerque .The staff is friendly. I appreciate the clean environment and fast service. 5 stars for sure..

Craved a cheesesteak for lunch and somehow got a Giant Tuna sandwich after a 45 min wait. Which to be fair was decent but the worst possible “instead of what I ordered” option you could get. If I wanted a tuna sandwich can make it at home for like $3. Who orders that? Had to ask for my drink and chips, that should have been my first red flag. If you go here just understand the food is good but you will need to validate your order before leaving and the wait in the drive through is obscene. Better off to go inside and watch them make it.

Visited April 4th, walked in/counter service. None of the three young employees were particularly interested in being there, as it was apparent in their lackadaisical approach to anything and everything. Be that as it may, I try to look past this as it’s unfortunately everywhere.The real stink in this was not only the experience but also the order. I trusted that my order was as requested because the employees weren’t interested in confirmation of the sandwiches at the time of payment but also the sharpie writing wasn’t legible.Sure enough, after my 18 minute commute away from the location, sit down, open the wrapper, not the sandwiches I ordered.

Today, 3/20/24 around 1:45pm There was a blond girl, maybe early 20s who isnt usually there. She had the worst attitude and very snippy and rude. The rest of the staff was cordial and happy as they always are. She was the one out of place. She needs to go. I do frequent this location often and always have a good experience but staffing needs to adjust..
