I've been a customer at various Jimmy John's locations around Albuquerque and I believe I've noticed a pattern. Employee Ethan Walker stated that I "need to make better choices" after I declined to tip him as he was walking away from me. I asked him to repeat what he said and he stated again that I "need to make good choices" I left the building to then return and asked to speak with a manager.
