The sandwiches here are truly delectable, and the customer service is outstanding.

I used to order at least once a week but this location has become so bad. What happened?! Every time I place an order thru the app there’s an issue, and forget delivery, you will never get your order. They told me they did not have drivers and then still marked the order delivered 3 hours later (see pic) to scam me out of a refund.

Long story but my big catering order somehow got cancelled because I misspelled my email by one letter. The staff was kind enough to put the order together super fast (like 10 mins) and I was able to get to my important work lunch without skipping a beat. The even threw in free cookies and brownies for all of my guests.

I ordered delivery last night, and they missed some items in the bag. I called in, and they gave me a $6 credit over the phone. I then went in today, and the manager said there was no record of it. She started giving me attitude when I was trying to explain things to her. She wouldn't listen, so I left and went to Jack In The Box, where at least I was treated as a welcome guest. Don't go here because they like to scam and yell at their guests.

Horrible management!!! Was cussed out manger wouldn’t give his name. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customers. Decided to try Jimmy John’s and took my boy in. Messed up our pick up order and when we called I was cussed out by the manager and was also told to go F myself. There is way better choices in the area. Subway, cheba hut, fire house, and honestly a good ol homemade fried bologna sandwich from home. Also the inside smelled like a toilet. Don’t not waste your time and money with this place.

The single slowest JJ's I have ever been in. 25 minutes to get my sandwich from the time I walked in the door. Five employees and a whopping 8 sandwiches being made before mine.

Ordered from this store a few days ago.. wrap contained no meat when it should have. Called the store and manager said they would credit $28 order. Went in today and rude female employee then says we will not be receiving credit for meal and doesn’t serve us. Then call store to ask manager about situation and assistant manager claims managers have no authority giving that credit because they’re not working 7 days a week 12 hour shifts. Assistant manager proceeds to tell me to go f myself and hangs up. Neither employees gave a name. That’s why you work at jimmy John’s, losers!!! Maybe get a real job and stop being mad at the world that you have that teenagers job.

Food is good but the service was terrible. Our order taker was not friendly. When I asked for our drink cup, the emplyee replied " there over there" and pointed down the line.

I've been a customer at various Jimmy John's locations around Albuquerque and I believe I've noticed a pattern. Most of the JJ locations in Albuquerque (including the one at 10260 Coors Bypass NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114, near Cottonwood Mall, the one at 5011 Montgomery Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 and the one at 6600 Menaul Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110 at Coronado Mall) are owned by Matthew Gregory Gruber (born: 1976) who lives in Albuquerque. It is my understanding that Mr. Gruber understaffs his JJ locations, apparently in an effort to cut his costs. Gruber does this at the expense of adequate customer service and employee wellbeing. His employees, being overworked, then take out their frustrations on their JJ customers. (This, of course is no excuse for rude and aggressive employee behavior, but it is, at least, a putative explanation for the bad customer experiences at Matthew Gruber-owned Jimmy John's Albuquerque franchises.) However, the JJ location at 401 Eubank Blvd. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123 is owned by an older man who appreciates his employees and appears to care about their welfare. This, I believe is the reason for the much more pleasant customer experience at this location.
