Disgusting acai smoothie bowls. Tastes literally like medicine. Ive had acai bowls from other places and they never taste like this cheap watery fowl cough medicine "acai" that this place uses. They wouldnt refund or exchange their nasty smoothies like other proper smoothie places or like every drink place that have actual ethics. Useless teenagers working behind the counter. Zero options for changing or substituting ingredients for their awful smoothies or bowls. Fresh fruit that goes on top is far from fresh too. Literally old rotten shrivelled strawberries and blueberries and they have the audacity to say I should just buy another bowl or smoothie of I dont like what they gave me.

Keva juice is great. The drive thru next to this location is for the Starbucks, not Keva. I have seen too many people make that mistake.

The location here at San Mateo is supposed to be open till 9pm. We arrived at 8:05pm to find the door locked and some girl rudely screamed “We’re closed!” As if I had somehow inconvenienced them by expecting them to be open during their posted hours. Also their Open sign was on and lit up very clearly. Won’t be coming here again.

I've been here too many times to count, within the last month and a half. That alone should tell you how great this location is, but in case it doesn't, keep on reading!First, the employees are amazing. There's more ladies than guys, but every single one I've encountered has been friendly and efficient. I need to start paying attention to names, but there are three ladies in particular with whom I've interacted most, and they're all so lovely! It isn't just the smoothies that keep bringing me back, it's those happy faces, too! Hopefully the following descriptions of each helps get them recognized - the taller lady that's a Broncos fan (as I found out during one of my most recent visits), the lady that sings a lot and called me "my dear," and the young-looking girl that always wears a black mask - 'cause they're the best at this location!The smoothies and wheatgrass shots are always satisfying, made well, and so yummy. Depending on who makes them, they might still have chunks of fruit that can't be sucked up with a straw, but that's not an issue. My last visit, the girl with the mask recommened an additional ingredient for the new flavor I chose, and it was beyond delicious.This is MY Keva, and it should be yours, too! Even when the tall Bronos fan lady was the only one working on a busy opening, she was still wonderful and made sure everyone knew she cared. Top notch customer service AND tasty treats are what you get here!

My family loves keva juice but our trip today missed the mark. We asked to get one of our smoothies in a reusable cup which they did not do. After asking if we can get a reusable cup they said “they couldn’t sell just the cup” even tho we had already asked to have the smoothie in the reusable cup when we ordered. Since we had ordered the cup there was confusion on if we had bought it, since they did not print us a receipt. We tried to ask the guy at the front about the cup but he kept mumbling and we couldn’t hear him. We asked his other coworker who then went to the back and was discussing if they can sell just the cup. It shouldn’t take 4 teenagers to discuss if they can sell a cup?? I regret tipping so well as these workers had no clue about their own polices or customer service.
