Not sure how they could “blend” a drink without even cutting the fruit pieces!

The Culotta is amazing, but the berry green is not for me. It tasted very bitter came when there was a little busy. They only had three working but they were able to get me taken care of pretty quickly.

How do you not carry chocolate protein powder?

$$ for juice but I'm NOT up on the times. Juice and bowels are good. It's very casual.

It is so far a dependable hole in the wall yet quite good frozen smoothy place.
Only takes plastic money according to a sign on the door.

TERRIBLE customer service!
walked in for smoothies, people in front of us ordered, when they finished we continued to wait. received no acknowledgement of any kind. stood at the register for 20minutes with not one employee saying “give us a minute” or “were backed up or experiencing difficulties”. both employees seemed to NOT be a team as one stood there doing mindless things and the other trying to pump out orders. needless to say we walked out without ordering.

$14 for a large smoothie?? The place looked closed when I went to to the door at 6pm. All of the chairs were upside down on tables, so there was no place to sit. The two young women didn't smile or even respond when I thanked them for making my drink. Also, can we please normalize not being asked to provide a tip for services like this? There was nothing welcoming or positive about my experience. Keva Juice has lost their way.

The store was under construction, so you had to order online via QR menu. I ordered the blueberry acai bowl and paid extra to add granola, yogurt and nut butter. The acai mix was watery and grainy, like sand, with no yogurt or nut butter, and it took 30 minutes. The granola was horrible, large chunks that were more like a broken up oatmeal cookie than granola. Total junk food AND $$$. Finally, why are they still using Styrofoam and plastic? For the price, they should use something less nasty for the beautiful New Mexico environment. 2 stars for trying to operate during construction (maybe don't bother) and the sweet carhops who were trying to get the job done.

We go in every Saturday for the exceptional service from Elijah. He is hard working and great at his job. He makes the best smoothies! We will continue to visit our favorite spot thanks to such great customer service! May I suggest our favorite The Brazilian Blast!

Smoothies are inconsistent, they only have one person working and the wait time is 15-20 minutes.

This is pretty sad. We came from North Rio Rancho. It was 5 minutes before closing and we called to see if we could order before she closing , she told me she could help me. We showed up to the store and it was already closed. Yesterday was the same thing. She just laughed and hang up.
