This is pretty sad. We came from North Rio Rancho. It was 5 minutes before closing and we called to see if we could order before she closing , she told me she could help me. We showed up to the store and it was already closed. Yesterday was the same thing. She just laughed and hang up.

After the gym, I love to come here at least 3 to 4 times per week as a post workout drink. I always add the strawberry protein supplement. The male coworker was watching me take the order with the lady and as soon as he heard me say Bananarama, he walked away and didn't even pay attention to the free supplement I ordered the strawberry protein supplement. I watched as I always do and sure enough, he didn't even bother to see the ticket they usually go off of and didn't touch the protein container that I paid for. I am disappointed and hope he isn't doing this to all the orders he is doing. I wouldn't want him to get into trouble but only get more training or something.

I came in on a hot summer day hoping for a refreshing drink and some a/c, to my surprise it was burning up in there. The employees told me the key was broken and there was nothing they could do. This is ridiculous , Keva please do something for those poor employees!
I love everything the drink are so good, the people are really nice and courteous my only disappointment is the logo. It's boring and ugly color the old sign was better, it was fun with attractive colors

Love the juice BUT no product consistency. 1 minute it's good and sweet, but next time the Mellow Mango is bitter.6/8 approx - had the Keva Green that was recommended by a friend. Kale, spinach, and more healthy stuff was good. I will have this one again. Moved to give it 4 STARS and good service.

Tried to come with our Family of 8 but was told they do not accept Cash so we left.Very unfortunate and definitely a huge loss of business and potential new customers you have now sent away.

Even though there were 5 ladies working, my order took more than 30min. The place is loud and when a drink is ready they don't shout loud enough for people to hear so inevitable someone takes your order making your wait even longer. They're all overtly unhappy to be working there.

The one at Cottonwood in Albuquerque took over 30 min to get a drink even though there were 5 ladies working and not very busy. Waste of time.
