Had a horrible experience here and the manager refuses to give me my money back or make things right in any other way ,Called to let them know that the order I reciev3d from my delivery driver which was a family meal was very gross and some of it was under cooked and some of it was over cooked the chicken tenders were gard like a rock and a ugly color the biscuits were raw in the middle and instantly made me sick. The mashed potatoes gravy were old and had black residue as if burnt and the macaroni were old with hard bits like they had been sitting all day. I called the store and some young guy who was the manager blamed it on the Uber driver as to why the biscuits were undercooked said they didn't want to wait so they chose to give me half cooked biscuits which is actually a health code violation. He then said the chicken tenders were hard because the kitchen closes at 7 and that we got the bottom of the barrel left overs I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I asked him for the managers number he said I am the manager I told him I wanted the corporate number and he said are you threatening me I said take it as you'd like I want to speak with the corporate Manger and he laughed in my face and said do what you want. Will NEVER eat there again do not ear here their manager doesn't care about food quality and their ability to get people sick with raw food and its chicken place .

Used uber eats for delivery. No straws for our drinks, no plates even tho we specified, I ordered sweet tea, I don't know what I got but it wasn't sweet tea. All the drinks were watered down from the ice melt. No sauces even tho it was required by the ap not a happy
Don’t eat here if you wanna be given raw biscuits that are just dough and chicken that could give you salmonella poisoning and then have to deal with incompetent employees with zero brain cells that will tell you “that’s how it’s supposed to be that’s how we serve our food..” got a refund fromCorporate but still. Disgusting establishment ran by incompetent people.

If I could give negative stars, I would!! Don't eat here!! Placed an order online, and they forget the chix strips, 4 biscuits & lg fries. Plus, I found a bone in my pot pie. Mgr. on duty, doesn't know how to control the staff by making rude comments saying that we're lying and that we received the whole order and we already got a lot of food. Hello!! Were the paying customer! Called into customer service, and I'm only getting refunded $21.02 for a $46.89 meal. I tried this place again, thinking they changed, but apparently not! Last time, they had maggots in their mashed potatoes and couldn't deny it. Never again!!
I was addressed absolutely unprofessionally I need contact info to someone else from this location. Hair in my food is absolutely unacceptable it enforces a complete loss of appetite. The lady at the window kept telling my she couldn’t see it till it was moved out of view I had to pull it out for her she then tried to say that’s the coleslaw I had to hold it closer idk if her vision is bad but this IS NOT okay!

If I can give zero stars, I would. With that being said, this is my second time leaving a review, yet nothing has changed. Spending over $50 on food for my family and having to drive back to the restaurant after getting home only to find out that half of my order was missing because of the Lack of attentiveness by the staff is beyond frustrating; especially since I’ve had this problem before. If I can advise anybody reading this, please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location.

For people who order grilled chicken. There is not one KFC in Albuquerque that offers grilled chicken and hasn't had grilled chicken in two years. So when people order on-line, and it's not sold at any KFC locations it's difficult to fill the order correctly.
