Christian is a great manger! We had a lot of trouble with one of the other KFC locations and Christian made our experience at his restaurant a great one. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and the food was fresh and hot! Thank you Christian!
The place was fresh and clean. The server, Christian, was sweet and very helpful helping me figure out how to order the items I wanted in various Combos. Also, the coleslaw tasted amazingly fresh.

KFC offers pretty standard food, although the biscuits were hard during one visit. The customer service is good, with quick and accurate orders. Despite a store that can sometimes be dirty, the service remains efficient. Thanks to Christian, the location has shown great improvement with excellent food and helpful service. The new wraps are a good option for a single meal. Customers have praised the staff for their kindness and professionalism, with Christian and Kayli often receiving special mention. Many find this KFC to be one of the best in Albuquerque, highlighting the quality of chicken, especially the 3-piece original with mashed potatoes, which is considered a great meal after a workout. The staff, including the cook Steven and the girl with piercings, provide top-notch service and quality. Overall, this location cares about its food and store pride, making it a favorite among local customers, especially compared to other nearby outlets. The busy yet clean lobby offers a welcoming environment for all.
