I don't remember this young man's name but his customer service was top tier of any other KFC I have ever been to we worked a night shift just as they were close to closing out, and I mean he was polite, patient, and very helpful. I wish I knew his name soo I could give him his just dues. Woww he was awesome he helped my husband and I with a trailer we was hauling one night and assisted my husband with reaching the top of the trailer. Sir you are awesome keep being awesome, we are greatful for your service, thank you.

Just like all the other complaints on here. Service sucks! Food was disgusting! Old chicken, sides were not large but barely a spoonful in the cup. Weren't given fries. I'm going all in to corporate on this!

Woman cook was handling cash and making sandwiches. Appalled. Went in for mobile order pick up and it wasn’t there. Wasn’t helped for the 15 minutes I stood there. Went through the drive thru and they said they didn’t have an order under my name. I was at the correct place. Went inside and waited to be helped again. Order was sitting in the heat lamp for over 30 mins. Very upsetting having spent my last 30$ till my next pay check.Missing my large Mac and cheese. This is ridiculous. Food came like this

The store is ran by drug addicts that argue and get aggressive every time you ask them about there mess ups. Even if your the only order they have they can't hear you and are never near a register to input your order. They argued with me about Baja blast being regular mountain dew instead of just saying we are sorry we were given the wrong product, if you like we can sub it out for another choice. Just go eat at Freddy's or McDonald's up the block.You won't get over charged and haggled by meth heads

Literally the guys working here are ALL high or on drugs. 7:30pm on a Thursday night. I had to explain my order FOUR times to the guy and HE STILL got it wrong. FAST FOOD??? It took 35 MINUTES just to get 1 part of the 4 part order. What is wrong with these workers? Who hired them? Then they KEPT coming back out asking WHAT the order was. When they finally “finished” it was COMPLETELY wrong still. Pathetic excuse for employees. I’m from out of town and driving through and just stopped for a quick bite. It was NOT quick. Get rid of these guys or shut down the location. Embarrassing

This KFC on central is so much better than any KFC in albuquerque, I would avoid the one on Eubank like the plague.

Went to order our food, charged us fr a complete different meals, went back to fix our order but they had alot of attitude in the drive thru service and refused to fix our order, then chick at the window rolled her eyes had the nerve to sit there n tell me well maybe I should order right when she clearly took it down wrong. Then proceeded to throw attitude and tried swinging at us though the window.

I’m literally sitting at the pick up window in the drive-through with no one else in line behind me. Management is telling me if I want to order one more chicken breast. I’ll have to drive all the way around the building and order from the call box if I wanted to add a piece of chicken breast to my order.Little things like this will keep customers from returning. Also, don’t you think I’m going to tell all of my friends and family how ridiculous this manager was for making me drive around the facility to add a piece of chicken to my order? Word of mouth can make you or break you.
