I got everything I expected to get. The chicken was cooked right and the sides (especially the coleslaw) were great. The biscuit was dry and hard like it had been microwaved but that’s my only compliant. For fast food chicken I was very satisfied. The Harley in the lobby is kind of cool too.
I did a mobile order through the drive thru and they were very fast. The food was fresh (24 nuggets), hot and tasted great!
Destiny was amazing in helping provide fast and service that went above and beyond what was expected when I came in! Will definitely revisit when I can!

KFC offers a mixed experience, with top-tier customer service from a polite and helpful staff member, although the food might not meet everyone's expectations. The spacious layout of the restaurant might puzzle some, and the absence of popcorn chicken could disappoint fans. Despite this, the service remains wonderful, with staff members assisting customers in various ways and providing a satisfactory meal, even if the overall quality is just okay. The location seems to attract a diverse crowd, including homeless individuals, but this does not seem to affect the overall experience.
