I ordered six tacos and a sweet tea. The tea had no ice was warm and tasted like chemicals in mop water. The kid taking orders at the window didn't even mention they were out of ice. I drove back thru the drive through and told him. I then asked for lemonade. He looked bewildered and didn't speak. Handed me lemonade with no ice. The lemonade tasted like chemicals as well. Seems they need to hire employees that respect their customers needs.

Believe the low ratings here. Just a bunch of people that don't care about doing their work correctly. Chicken is not fully cooked and sides missing from the order, but they still charged for sides. Bad attitude when we drove all the way back to get missing sides.

They ALWAYS forget items and never cut the Mexican pizza. I just got home and all of the stuff from the tacobell side is missing but there was a tacobell bag. I’m so disappointed with this location. It’s gone downhill

Order family meal, 6 original n 6 tenders . I live too damn far away to drive back. Didn't get tenders only the 3 original. Bullshit staff doesn't pay attention. It's called quality control kids , learn it.
This KFC is terrible, avoid at all cost. The chicken here is sub standard, soggy and undercooked. Also had items missing from order and even tho they remembered me they refused to fix there mistake leaving my child's food missing. Obviously lacking in customer service and quality control. If this is the expectation here I would like to see what the health department would find in this restaurant. Calling the KFC customer service line now.

If it’s open until 10pm why are they saying it’s closed when it’s 9:45?. If you have hours of operation then honor them and don’t close early just because you’re lazy especially when the attached Taco Bell is open until midnight 🤦♂️
