this location literally sucks bad! out of something literally every single time ive gone. tonight they were “out” of chicken or wait 40 minutes. so we got famous bowls an the chicken nuggets are disgusting!!!!!!! not to mention the little girl at the window was rude as well

Worst service ever! Went inside to order because the drive through was super long. No one else was inside but I waited at least 10 minutes or more before someone helped me! I even asked if someone could take my order and a short woman with dark brown hair in an all black uniform just smiled and laughed while standing next to another employee. I am so disappointed and angry that employees just ignored me! I get that the drive through was busy but there was at least six or more people in the back. And not a single person acknowledged me or said we will get to you soon. Long story short, this location will never get my money. I walked out and plan to never return.

Location says it closes at 12:00 I guess they don't want to work until that time so they're closing it at 10:00 just FYI get there earlier it's not a set schedule

Ordered a 5 piece strip meal for my son and I received 4. Either someone can't count or it was done purposely. This is not the 1st time, I should have checked! They won't get my money again.

Stop here a few minutes before they closed ordered a few tacos for my dog because he loves tacos and they were very polite and it was good to go though they did mention that because it was so late they didn't have any fried or grilled foods available but it makes sense cuz they were about to close

Always shitty service and the people are rude and always close kfc early these kids here are do respectful abd should be replaced even messed up the people in front of us while we waited to leave this management needs work cuz this is ridiculous
Well, I went to the KC again this time I order it's a chicken tenders . I can't believe they serve this slop. Do you want a good things?Was the lemonade I got. I feel sorry for the cashier, Clarence. The guy kind of knew that they suck. It's manage again also probably sucks. They should close this place down.

Food was cold, not enough for extra crispy chicken to make my order. The guy at the counter had no idea what was even on the menu. He was very nice, but seemed lost. Didn’t have any of the drinks that are on the kids menu (milk, juice, etc). Music was very loud in the lobby. For that price I could’ve taken my family to eat at a sit down restaurant and had a warm meal and a great experience. 0/10 do not recommend.

I order three famous bowls and two pot pies. Both came out nice and hot and the pot pies came with chunky chicken the way I like it. I was very happy with are food and the service.

Worst experience of my life. You’re customers service is absolutely horrendous and Suzie needs to be fired immediately for her lack of customer service skills. You don’t tell a customer they’re banned from your restaurant because they’re upset that you’re not acknowledging him while he watches two of your teenage customers flirting at the drive-through window and one of them looks at you and still says nothing. absolutely ridiculous. Taco Bell is literally my favorite place to go and you’re gonna tell me I can no longer come here if I don’t like it and that to stop talking and to keep my comments to myself. I have every right to voice and opinion if I think something is not right.
