Great place, awesome bar, pool table upstairs. Have a drink and watch the live bands perform

Went to see a concert here with my daughter. They were very good about keep underage people away from the bar area. They even had an entrance specifically for underage guests so they didn't have to walk past the bar. Being from out of town I've heard about how crazy Albuquerque can be but I felt safe here with my daughter. Thanks launchpad for having TX2 there in January and giving me daughter a night to remember!!!

Great audio and super great layout with second floor full of arcade games.

I love You

Staff was very impolite and unprofessional. Wasn’t clear about VIP times made a friend miss out on her meet&greet and blamed us after they couldn’t do anything to fix the issues. Expected us to know everything about the venue even though we’ve never been here before. The bartender who was at the entrance letting people was also extremely rude. If a band you like is coming here, wait till they choose a different venue.

I got a vip package 2 for Mystery Skull and got there at the time to check in for VIPs.

However, it is poorly managed! I waited almost 2 hours only to find that vip 2 was “called.”

I found out from fellow fans that they were also treated badly and that the manager was rude and only got the vips from outside when we all were literally sitting inside and have already talked to the manager multiple times. Yet he still fails to call for all VIPs both 2 and 3.

I never got to do the meet and greet nor the arcade because of this poor management. I’m not even sure if I got the merch package. I love the artist but the place(more specifically the people working here) is bad.

I want to enjoy what I spent but how do I when I didn’t even get what I paid for. If I could, I would put no stars.

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling level of service, disorganization, and outright disrespect I experienced during my recent visit to your establishment.

First, the handling of the “VIP” process was an absolute embarrassment. Management announced that they “called out VIP” but, when questioned, openly admitted they didn’t know what to tell us. This is unacceptable. What’s worse is that the manager did not even have the basic decency to address us directly—no eye contact, no proper communication, and no professionalism. Speaking toward the floor instead of to the people you are supposed to be serving is not only discourteous, it is insulting. Second, when my friends attempted to seek assistance by politely asking an individual if they worked there, we were met with rudeness instead of help. This is basic customer service protocol, and the fact that your staff failed to manage even this simple interaction speaks volumes about the training—or lack thereof—being provided.

Finally, the sheer disorganization was staggering. There was no clear plan to ensure that VIP customers received their items in a timely or orderly manner. If you are going to offer a “VIP” service, it should be executed with efficiency, respect, and clarity—not confusion, neglect, and unprofessional behavior. This entire experience left me feeling disregarded, frustrated, and convinced that your management either lacks the training or the willingness to lead effectively. Never coming back to this venue again, if you’re in ABQ and thinking of coming here DONT.

Very small venue, but staff are very attentive and made the night enjoyable. Lamont Landers, and his opening act, The Pollies, put on a perfect show.

One of my faves left in ABQ for live music!!! One of the last places to be able to be right at stage, then probably mingle with band after!

I have been here twice. Once for D.R.I. and Authors of Fate in 2024, then again in May 2025 for Voodoo Glow Skulls. This is a fun venue. I highly recommend
