What bakery opens at 10 on Saturday?
They have both savory and sweet baked goods along with fresh loaves of bread. I am grateful to have this establishment in the east mountains.

I get my bread here regularly, as many others in the area must - because you have to get there earlier to have more choices. All of the bread I have gotten there has been delish. Another review mentioned the “baguette” being not right - perhaps they got the French bread (it’s in a baguette-like shape but different dough).
I sometimes bake my own bread and to have a spot nearby to get fresh daily baked bread without preservatives - such a treat!
I was recommended the tarts - the baker’s specialty. Omg. Too good. Perfect amount of sweetness (most desserts are WAY too sweet for me). My fav is the raspberry but have tried a few and were all good. I have to refrain from getting one too often, which is unlike me.
Love this lil bakery!
Tried a napoleon. How disappointing. Such a small pastry filled with a nearly flavorless and odd-textured cream. Also tried the mousse. A greasy mouthfeel and very light on flavor. The bakery interior and display are as unimpressive as the pastries. So sad; I was hoping for so much more.

We tried to eat lunch at 2 other places in Cedar Crest (Lantern Restaurant and Rumor Brewery) but neither was serving food! So then we saw Le Paris and figured we could get a bite there. We bought 2 filled savory pastries which were OK, a mini eclair which was too sweet for my taste and a baguette. It had to be the worst “baguette” I have ever had. It had no taste and was very soft. To me, it was like eating a supermarket hot dog roll. It’s a shame because I remember the Le Paris Bakery in ABQ being very good. No comparison

Got two chocolate mousse’s so I could share with my husband. They were $3 each for tiny cups. The mousse was good, but I felt like it was a little overpriced. Still, a cute little place with a great view. I also liked how they drizzled white chocolate on top of the mousse to look like their logo.

My husband and I went today and it was disappointing! When we entered it smelled badly like tobacco and we immediately thought about not buying anything as we feared it would also taste nasty. We bought only items that were in a refrigerated area as the bread and other pastries that were in contact with the air would most likely have gotten the tobacco flavor. When we tasted the pastries one was fresh and the other one was not as fresh and it tasted a bit like tobacco. Really disgusting… I will not come back!

Pastries are definitely not fresh baked that day. Good filling though.

Good little bakery in East Mountain. Great stop going to and from the peak. A little sweeter than your typical parisian bakery, but nice flaky pastry, and good solid baguettes.
Never open only when they want to open looks like only for regular people are not welcome
Great products crafted in a traditional fashion with fillings and toppings to match! Bread made for the community is a must and great detail of service! A strong recommendation from me for a start your day or end it treat?
