We had dinner at this restaurant recently. The rooftop restaurant has fabulous views, particularly of the Sandia Mountains. On this hot summer day, we had an inside table by the windows. As the weather cooled near sunset, they opened the glass walls for a fabulous sunset. Equally good, was the creative foods on the menu and no problems sharing plates. The service was impeccable. A memorable night out for my wife's birthday.

Honestly, the menu was quite a surprise. This place has mostly been known as a cocktail spot but the food rivaled many of the top tier restaurants in ABQ. Very impressed.

Very fancy, very expensive, extremely good food, service was top notch, ambience was perfect. Overall a very luxurious experience.

Excellent Brunch with amazing views. Wine List has some great wine options. Looking forward to our next Sunday Brunch at Level 5 Restaurant.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Beautiful view of the mountains, wonderful food and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Really great spot for outdoor dining, however we were seated along the edge so couldn't see anything unless we stood.

The food was outstanding but not enough staff, waited one hour for out meals and they came out room temp. Comped us on our appetizer but at $125+ for two without drinks or dessert, not really enough. Setting is beautiful and worth the annoyance.

Very Nice Rooftop with beautiful views and excellent food and service. Chef Sean Sinclair came to our table and explain to us his great dishes .

I've been here twice. The first time as a party of 4. We ordered 1 round of drinks, got them after 25 minutes, which was odd since we were the only people there. Ordered a second round, after 45 minutes of nothing we left. The second time time we went around 845. We waited 17 minutes for a glass of wine and a mixed drink, and then waited 28 minutes for fondue. It took forever to get our check. We REALLY want to come here. The atmosphere is great. I just think with 3 people behind the bar and spending $50 we should get our orders a bit faster. Super disappointing. Won't be back.

One of the worst restaurants! Horrible spot to sit in the middle of the walkway. Probably 50 plus people walked by us as we sat in the walkway.
Awful service
Tasteless food
Never again

Really bad experience at Lvl5 because of the manager Nikko (sp?) today, making us feel we were not wanted. Poor ability to communicate, confusing. Great views, but I suggest you go to a place with better service: Volare Rooftop Bar 2430 Louisiana NE, Hotel Parq 806 Central SE, or the remodeled Char rooftop bar (through the restaurant) at Hotel Andaluz.

We got there at 430 pm, and were told they don't open until 5 pm, so we went to the lobby for the drink. We got back to Lvl5 at 5 pm for drinks and apps, and asked to sit in the shade. It was completely EMPTY, could hold 100+. They told us we could not have a seat in the shade because they had reservations. We could sit at the bar (and look at the wall). We don't go to a rooftop bar to look at the wall. I mentioned we would only be there a short time for one drink and apps. They would not seat us in the bar area at the table looking outward (for a view).

I asked how to make reservations for today, and they said it was online. I asked more and they changed their story - saying today it could not be booked online because the blocked the night for the online app due to graduations in town. What? Why do that? I asked how the reservations that were holding many empty seats were made. They said they were called in by individuals. That's just too complicated to believe. Nikko acted aloof, unable to communicate really why we could not sit in an empty establishment. He said they would be full within an hour. I hung out a bit and it was still rather empty. Something's not right here and I am suspicious of other intentions. We went elsewhere.

I have had drinks and eaten here before with some good results. With this approach I feel unwelcome I don't recommend this establishment. Try the other great rooftop bars in Albuquerque.

If you want a fancy date night out and fine dining, wonderful place!!

Service was awesome, the waiter was extremely attentive to our needs. I branched out and tried an entree I didn’t like and was given a full refund for the entree without asking. If you’re looking for upscale New Mexican tastes, this is the place for you!

Booked a res, needed to make a change, called them 5 times over the week and never received a call back. Terrible customer service don’t eat here.

Booked through open table. Was told there would be a 2 minute wait when we arrived on time. Then another couple was given a table ahead of us, and when I questioned this, I was told there would be a 25 minute wait and 'we do our best'. We left!
