Really nice atmosphere. Great ambience. Unfortunately it started to rain so we couldn't enjoy the outside space as long as we would have liked. I would highly encourage everyone to try this place. Sarah were highly attentive. And a few appetizers we had were very good.

Level 5 is a lovely venue, with beautiful views of Albuquerque. The food was well presented, and tasty. We had a very relaxed dinner, and enjoyed our date.

Situation unparalled. Waiters superb. Austere magnificent ambience. Dishes divine and tasty. Baked Alaska dessert not meringued but disappointingly fluffed.

This is a fantastic high end restaurant with delicious food and drink choices. We sat outside on the rooftop, which was lovely. They only negative was that the sun was in our eyes the whole time.

From the moment we walked into Hotel Chaco the evening was wonderful. Greeted by the hotel front desk staff, they we very nice and directed us to the elevator. Once we arrived on the 5th floor, the host stand was right there and we were then greeted and quickly taken to our table. The evening was amazing and views for miles!! Then the wait service started and that was impeccable. Any questions we had were quickly answered. We ordered drinks and appetizers. The atmosphere was very laid back so we had plenty of time to enjoy the drinks and appetizers and the view! Then we ordered dinner. We ordered the Snapper, Halibut and the Matanza. All were so flavorful and cooked to perfection.

I had an absolutely amazing brunch at Level 5 restaurant in Albuquerque, and it was a perfect way to start the day. After being there for dinner the night before we had to experience brunch. The rooftop setting offered stunning views of the city with the Sandia Mountains in the distance under a clear blue sky, creating a picturesque and relaxing atmosphere. Our server was outstanding—attentive, warm, and full of great suggestions that made our meal even better. Her exceptional service truly elevated the entire experience. The food was a highlight, with every dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I started with a hearty plate featuring a perfectly cooked smashburger topped with a sunny-side-up egg, fresh tomato, lettuce, and melted cheese, all nestled in a soft bun. It came with a generous portion of crispy, golden fries and a side of ketchup for dipping. The combination of the juicy burger and the runny egg yolk was pure brunch bliss. Another dish was a comforting plate with a tender piece of carne adovada, served alongside crispy roasted potatoes, onions, and peppers, with a perfectly cooked sunny-side-up egg on the side. The flavors were savory and satisfying, and the small cup of salsa added a nice kick. My wife enjoyed a classic eggs Benedict, featuring poached eggs draped in a creamy hollandaise sauce, served on an English muffin with ham and a dusting of paprika. It came with a fresh side salad of mixed greens, adding a light and crisp element to the meal. To drink, I had a refreshing iced tea, which paired perfectly with the hearty brunch dishes. The ambiance at Level 5 was warm and inviting, with wooden tables and a modern yet cozy vibe that made the rooftop feel both elegant and relaxed. Thanks to the team at Level 5, this brunch was a delightful experience. I highly recommend this Albuquerque gem for anyone looking for an amazing brunch with a view!

What a beautiful place located in the heart of the Sawmill district just off Albuquerque's historic old town. Whether you're visiting or a local, this high end roof-top bar is worth checking out. The views are incredible, you can see the city in a way you never have! We attended for a party here and the food was truly inspired, really a world class chef. The hotel is exquisite as well from what we saw. The full bar had something for everyone. We'll be back!

Our family came here to celebrate a special occasion and had a wonderful time. The servers were amazing and the food and beverages were fantastic! Plus the views are unbeatable! Definitely one of the best restaurants in Albuquerque and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice night out with good food and cocktails or a great weekend brunch with mimosas and bloody Marys!

We ate at Level 5 when marc quinones was the chef. The menu was AMAZING, imaginative, delicious and still kept the new mexico flavor. The new chef has completely redone the menu. The brunch is now extremely boring and the dinner menu is extremely overpriced and also boring. $110 for mediocre ribeye and cheese enchiladas, was outrageous. The quail needed to be seasoned better, the breading lacked flavor and was overcooked. Will not be returning two Level 5.

Beautiful setting. Fire pits, lovely view of the city.

Servers were friendly but service was lacking.

We ordered an appetizer (Burrata) and two cocktails. We received our appetizer within minutes. We watched while our cocktails were placed on the bar - where they sat for over 20 minutes. Appetizers and water - just - don’t - cut it.
After we finished our appetizer, I walked over to the bar to retrieve our drinks.

*Very disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber.

Not only was the food delicious and unique in its pairing and preparation, but all the staff were gracious and helpful. Valentino as host made me feel welcome right away and I appreciated his warmth and cheer. Mercadis was so attentive as my server - a great meal experience all around.
