Went for brunch for my SIL birthday. The view is great. The service was lacking. Took us a few minutes to be seated even though there was hardly anyone there. Our drinks took a while and our food took even longer, the people next to us who were seated after got their food before. I got the salmon toast which was okay, the bread was soggy and my plate was missing tomatoes and I had to ask for them three separate times before they told me they were out. My SIL ordered the grits but she didn't like how runny they were so sent them back. I had to ask for my water to be filled. After our food was boxed we had to wait about 10 min for the check. All of these are small problems that eventually added up and defined our experience. Would not recommend for the price.

With EJ as our server and bartender everything went very well. He never disappoints. Looking forward to trying the new chefs menu 🤞
Vanessa our server was awesome. Wish they had more veggie options on their menu. Thursday night was quiet and the outdoor seating near the heaters is awesome for a drink after dinner.
Gorgeous rooftop restaurant and bar. Staff were friendly and even provided blankets! The drinks and food were delicious.

On 10/31 we had an 8PM reservation. We showed up around 7:40PM as we know they have a beautiful terrace, and explained to the person at the front that we had an 8PM reservation but that we're early and can take a drink outside while we wait. To which he nonchalantly responded "Oh, I don't think we're going to have a table for you." I showed him the reservation, and he just shrugged "we just don't have a table, as we are full." I explained that the point of the reservation is to hold the table, as confirmed. He blew me off, but acknowledged that he saw our reservation in the system. We went outside and ordered a drink, at which point everyone completely ignored our presence expect for one server, Landon, who was lovely. At about 8:15PM I went back inside to check on our reservation, this time a different person was at the front. Same exact behavior, and unwillingness to find solutions. Kept circling around without saying anything of any value except "we don't have a table...maybe soon." I then started pressing him to let me know when, as this was getting to be ridiculous. He exacerbated rudely left mid-conversation and I went back outside. Our server Landon seated us at about 8:30PM, and we had a lovely meal. Worth the money, hassle, and this whole experience? – Absolutely not. When we were leaving, they didn't even comp the two drinks total we had while waiting outside, they didn't say Goodbye, and gave us a pretty obvious cold shoulder (except for Landon). Really really expensive tab to be so rudely treated. When we checked out of the hotel the following morning, we explained everything that happened at the front desk and were assured we'd get a call from the manager. It's now a week later, and you guessed right—no call, no apology, nothing. Not only is this a reflection on poor management at the restaurant, but also the hotel. I'm not giving zero stars because the view is beautiful and the food was good enough, and again, Landon treated us like human beings.
Food was overall excellent. It took 30 minutes for our appetizers to come out and not surprisingly one of them was cold. It took almost an hour for our entrees to come out but they were at temperature and very tasty. Our server seemed completely checked out the entire evening. She barely checked on us and brought out the wrong wine for one of our guests. Maybe they were understaffed on a Tuesday? I'll go back but I'll sit at the bar where I've had excellent service in the past.
Level 5 is expensive, but the food, service and ambiance is excellent. Honestly, I travel and have had the opportunity to dine and many unique establishments. This is truly a chart topper! Go ... you won't be disappointed!
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of service we received during our visit on 10/24. We were excited as we were seated before our 8:30 reservation and the menu looked interesting. Initially, our waitress poured our water and provided a brief menu overview. However, she then proceeded to neglect our table for over 20 minutes. We observed her engaging in lengthy conversations at the bar with other employees and servicing other tables, sometimes multiple times, yet she never returned our table. This occurred even though she had walked past our table multiple times while servicing other customers and the restaurant was only about 50% full. As it became apparent that our table was being ignored and we were not valued as patrons, we chose to leave. This level of inattentiveness is unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one that promotes itself as a premium dining experience.
My date and I had an amazing experience at Level 5. The food was outstanding, The ambience was relaxing and comfortable, and the service was attentive and friendly. We look forward to coming back on our next visit to Albuquerque.

The food menu was limited, but featured seasonal vegetables and everything was very fresh. The variety of flavor in each dish was very palatable and had a good level of spice! I had the half chicken, and liked that each bite featured a new flavor combination. My husband had the red chile ribs, and they were very tender. The server was very nice and professional. I will definitely come back!

Beautiful space and view of the city with the mountains in the distance. The service generally seemed pretty slow (or maybe just the section I was in, as the tables next to me seemed to feel the same way). The wine selection was great — it would be nice to offer some complimentary bread for guests to have while waiting for appetizers. I ordered the wings and they were intense — super super glazed and messy and hard to eat without the glaze staining everything. In general I felt that the food was incredibly steep for what is provided. However, ambiance is certainly nice when the weather is excellent!
Best rooftop bar/ lounge in Albuquerque. The music, the vibe and especially the view!!! WOW!
Service was perfect- everyone was so attentive and nice.
Food was good- we only had bar chows.
MUST GO! Especially during sunset.

Delicious food with a gorgeous view of the city. It rained during our dinner so couldn't sit outside but we could still enjoy the view from inside. Smoked beef ribs were excellent but a bit pricey.
My husband took me to dinner for my birthday. From the very beginning of the evening there was attention to detail. Our wait person was spectacular and the food was the best I have had at an expensive restaurant. It was a bit loud but they did have a very large table when we arrived. After they left it was much quieter. We ordered dessert to go but our wait person brought out a plate with the words Happy Birthday written in frosting with two chocolate covered strawberries and a candle. She said that she wanted to celebrate the occasion even if we were taking dessert to go.
beautiful restaurant with rooftop view. Pork Chop Entree was memorable and nicely cooked and tasty. Large Beef Rib was nicely cooked but not particularly rich in flavor. Service pushed overly expensive bottles when moderate options were available, our table rocked badly and no one bothered to fix it. The host totally ignored us when we checked for at least 10 minutes and no one else acknowledged our presence. In the end, food was very good, service needs a lot of training to up their game. Note the chef is a James Beard finalist this year.
