This is a wonderful place to dine. The staff is wonderful! The food is the best I've ever tasted, the chef is creative and amazing!

We have eaten at Level 5 several times and although the food was fine on this visit for brunch to watch the balloon fiesta, the service was even worse than our past experiences. We wish that Heritage would value training for its service staff.

Our reservation was at 730. Got seated right away. At 751 someone came to the table. 15 mins before drinks arrived. We ordered food with the drinks and the pork chop came out raw. Not a good experience for food or service.

Was advertising as being able to see the ballon fiesta- we were seated facing a brick wall

Our waiter, Mercedes, was friendly, polite, enthusiastic, & knowledgeable about the menu. The deconstructed fondue appetizer was so wonderful that I wanted to lick the plate! Sit outside if you can to enjoy the view of Albuquerque.

Even with a reservation, we waited a while for drinks & water after we were seated. It was okay though because the rooftop outdoor seating was beautiful. The food was delicious, but the menu was very limited; but there was a vegetarian entree option and most protein choices available.

Great views. I had the $70 steak. Super salty. Servers are super fake. Just the whole vibe is off. Maybe some other people like all that.

Great cocktail menu, delicious food, and amazing views!! A perfect place to grab a drink or a great meal and catch up - it’s not too noisy and the vibe is great. The restaurant has the most beautiful large windows so you can look over the mountains and out to the sky as it changes over to night. The dishes are a decent serving, and I loved what I had! A fun dessert is always appreciated, so their spin on a baked Alaska with the 'Baked New Mexico' was delicious.

I stayed next door to the Hotel Chaco and went to the Level 5 rooftop restaurant close to sunset. Great service, great wine, delicious food (I mainly had appetizers but still delish!) and amazing views! Highly recommend stopping by, even if just for a drink.

This place was highly recommended by a trusted friend, but I was skeptical based on the low Google rating. The restaurant has a new chef, however, and I don’t think previous reviews are relevant any more. We had a wonderful dinner here, with great service and super beautiful views on the terrace. The food was also excellent, right up there with other Albuquerque faves (El Campo, Mesa Provisions, etc). Plus it’s right across from the Sawmill building so you can pop over to Neko Neko for desert ;).

Went here with friends from out of town and never got served. We waited for about 30 minutes after being seated (we had reservations), talked to one of the host to let them know that no one had come to take our orders and was told someone would be on the way so then we waited another 20 minutes and no one ever came to take our orders even though servers would walk right past us , clean tables next to where we were seated and serve people that got seated after we arrived so we ended up leaving . Very disappointing experience. Will not be returning.

Would’ve been content paying a high price for a delicious meal, but this was not worth what they are charging. The service was weak. When I’m paying $100 a person I’d expect to not have to wave a server down to top off my water. Our entree took at least 45 minutes and not once did our server apologize, update, or ask if we needed anything within that period. Would definitely not recommend.

disappointed. last time we tried going they called us mid drive they stopped doing brunch a few years ago. tried again. menu doesn’t have any griddle options, like the crepes like they use to have. didn’t have the burger. food came before my coffee or other drinks. orange juice is no longer freshly squeezed like it use to be. all of the food didn’t come out at the same time- two people got there’s 8 mins before the other person and one person didn’t get there food until everyone else was basically done. my coffee came out hot not iced like i asked and my food came with the nuts on it instead of on the side like I asked. didn’t bring salt and pepper like we asked had to ask the table next to us!

never coming back

Food was subpar, chef was a pretentious jerk, and service was virtually non-existent. Great view though.
