LongHorn Steakhouse

This is one of my favorite places. We went during lunch and were not disappointed by the service, atmosphere and most importantly the food. Lunch menu is understandably less than a regular dinner. But I had the Steakhouse salad with blue cheese dressing and the seafood soup. All with warm bread and butter! And for about $10 bucks each??!! You'd pay more than that at McDonalds! Great Value, Fatastic service and Delicious food at a great price! Thankyou!

Went in to purchase a gift card. Told they could only be purchased at bar. Went to bar, waited ten minutes, completely ignored. I will take my money somewhere else!

I was really craving a good steak so I thought I might try this place out my steak took forever to come out when it came out. It was medium well almost well done it was supposed to be medium rare. The server was too busy so she Sent another server over, took another long while for me to receive another steak that was bland. I had to season it. I got the Longhorn thinking it would be the best one because it had their name but Boy was I wrong. I didn't have any managers come over to make sure everything was all right the second time and I still had to pay full price for this $40 steak after waiting an hour and a half for a medium rare steak will definitely not be going back.

Horrible service, steak was not done right had to send it back. The cut of steak was the awful I could have better at the store. I order a drink that was wrong didn’t offer to fix it or refund. Screwed up our salads. The kids meals the burger was so well done we didn’t even eat it. Over priced and will never return! Your manager should have given us a discount and didn’t offer anything, waitress was terrible never checked on us either.

Chose Longhorn Steakhouse amongst many other good restaurants close by and was the first customer inside as they opened up @ 11 AM. Went to the to-go order counter and was told that someone would be with me shortly to take my order. After waiting 15 minutes or more, I finally left and went to Season 52 restaurant and was waited on within seconds. I will never go back to this Longhorn again. Everything we ordered was hot and fresh! We always enjoy this restaurant. Very good service. We got the wild west shrimp and a filet and tbone . Brussel sprouts are amazing!!

Food came quickly and was good. Server made huge error on our bill. The women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Notified staff and nothing was done because at end of our meal another of my party went to use it and she said it was absolutely gross. How is that acceptable in a restaurant? How does that pass food inspections?

I'm a frequent guest and usually have an excellent experience. My LongHorn steak is always prepared just right and the service is reliable. However, on this visit the restroom was noticeably unclean. I mentioned it to a manager, but when I checked again later it had gotten worse. I understand busy periods, but restroom upkeep is important for overall confidence in cleanliness. I hope this is addressed, as the food and staff are typically wonderful.

Great experience this evening. Our server was Jennifer M. She was amazing and took Great care of us. My wife's steak was over cooked and she fixed it immediately. We'll be back!

Had to wait to be seated. Other people were seated first. Once served the ordering was easy and the waitress was great. When my shrimp and ctab soup came with my salad, it all looked beautiful. My first bite of the soup was "odd". I wasn't going to say anything because I was very satisfied with yummy bread and salad bit my server noticed and asked. She immediately offered a muiltude of options. I then ordered the potato soup instead. It came out immediately and great. Think, lots of cheese and enough spring onions that added a wonderful addition to the soup. The price was very reasonable and it ended up being a lovely lunch. The waitress did a great job recovering the situation, coming out saying both she and her manager thought the soup tasted and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Been a while since I've seen good se5vice. Will be going back.

The waitress was awesome. I let the host know it was my birthday and the lady who sat us down. Guess they forgot. Happy 50th.
The loaded baked potato was far from being loaded. The steaks were dry. I asked to substitute a steak for shrimp they brought out the nasty shrimp. I didn’t get the Mac and cheese I ordered. I won’t be returning. The waitress was awesome.
