Had to wait to be seated. Other people were seated first. Once served the ordering was easy and the waitress was great. When my shrimp and ctab soup came with my salad, it all looked beautiful. My first bite of the soup was "odd". I wasn't going to say anything because I was very satisfied with yummy bread and salad bit my server noticed and asked. She immediately offered a muiltude of options. I then ordered the potato soup instead. It came out immediately and great. Think, lots of cheese and enough spring onions that added a wonderful addition to the soup. The price was very reasonable and it ended up being a lovely lunch. The waitress did a great job recovering the situation, coming out saying both she and her manager thought the soup tasted and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Been a while since I've seen good se5vice. Will be going back.

The waitress was awesome. I let the host know it was my birthday and the lady who sat us down. Guess they forgot. Happy 50th.
The loaded baked potato was far from being loaded. The steaks were dry. I asked to substitute a steak for shrimp they brought out the nasty shrimp. I didn’t get the Mac and cheese I ordered. I won’t be returning. The waitress was awesome.

Steak was ok. Baked potato was hard and old. Asparagus was limp and cold. Bread cold. Service cold. Waitress never smiled and was just barely doing her job. May not come back.

Was in town for business and wanted to grab a steak. The food and the atmosphere was good, but the service not so much! As soon as I was sat, a lady came up to me (never introduced herself) and asked what would I like to drink and if I wanted any appetizers and if I was ready to order. My behind had not even got into the seat to get it warm. I gave her my drink order and she came back with my drink, sat my drink on the table and told me that she had to take a steak back and threw the straw on the table. Long story short, I never knew her name until I happen to over hear someone say a name and I looked up and there my server was walking on the person who asked her name. That is how I found out her name and plus it was on the bill. Not sure if Olivia had a bad night, but just not a good experience for someone who was their first time visiting the area.

If I could leave 0 I would. This is the second time I have been here with terrible service like I get better service at a McDonalds drive thru. Server was rude over and over my steak was over salted by a lot and I usually like my food super salty plates came out wrong and instead of a sorry I’ll fix that said you didn’t say you wanted it this way when we were asked and said what we wanted I will not ever go back to another longhorn in Albuquerque again

Bottom line: Avoid this Longhorn location, go to another steakhouse. Vernon’s Speakeasy is my recommendation. Lackadaisical management.

We experienced a few issues with this Longhorn location in the past. Nothing quite as worthy of a negative review as our recent visit.

Biggest complaint is that we had a party of 17 people. Made reservations an hour in advance and arrived on time and waited an additional 45 minutes. After being seated we were told that the kitchen was “out of” many of our favorite menu options. We attempted to negotiate the cost of those missing items with other options, but management declined.

As a kindness or a courtesy, the manager who I had spoken to could have told us this when we made the reservation. In the middle of talking with him one of our other guests found a bloodied mucus in their napkin. He simply said, “We’re doing the best we can.”

Your “best we can” makes us want to stay home next time sir. Our whole party of 17 walked out. Thank goodness we didn't lose out. At a minimum, we estimated our party would have spent $425. The manager couldn't budge over $6. They made $0. 😵‍💫

Courtesy and customer service is lacking in many places. I feel this is a great plug for Sunnyside Up. We visit their location weekly, and never a bad experience. Their management should offer consultations to Longhorn, it could only improve.

Good luck to your business Longhorn, we will be dining elsewhere.

Great food, portions are so huge you'll get take out. Also staff is real friendly and the mints are great. No need for dessert if you have these mints.
If I could give 10 stars I would but I can't so I'll give 4 stars.

Okay. Hmm. My dish was umm,, very salty and very dry and very burnt. I can't say for the others who were in the party, but three were basic cheese burgers w fries. I ordered the Six Piece chicken tenders and two sides. I believe the others had steak. My chicken tenders were really dry, burnt, and flaky. I probably only ate one half of a piece and let the rest sit. I did eat the fries (best part of my meal), but yeah. I'll stick with Texas Roadhouse. Again, this is just my plate and my opinion.

The speed and quality of the service were great! Everything was delicious, except the steak. It was of good quality but lacked on flavor and a bit too fatty for my liking. Best restaurant overall.

I ordered the 20 oz Outlaw Ribeaye worst steak o ever had didn't eat it was so hard like plastic.

It’s always a pleasure to eat here’ but those girls in the from who take names are always rude. Edin was amazing and helped me fast so that was refreshing

Had the ribeye, loaded baked potato, and Caesar salad. They were all very good. I give the food a four star review because my ribeye was ordered medium and it was more of a medium well which made it a bit dry.

I really liked this place except for our server. She might have just been having a bad day but everything went downhill fast after taking our order. I hated leaving uneaten food on the table because I couldn't get anyone to give me a to-go box until I reached the front, where we had to get our messed up tickets straightened out. I don't think this place is used to customers splitting the tab.

Parking: Parking is shared with the Coronado Mall.

We did not have a good lunch experience at all, one of our steaks was more fat than steak. Our server Renee barely checked in with us, and when we showed her the steak and asked for reduced cost due to the poor quality, she never responded. On top of it all, hair was found in our silverware service.
