Worst service from here! Came for family dinner, everyone got their meal, and I was occupied feeding my son, not getting a chance to cut into my steak and check how it was cooked. Never got to eat while being in restaurant, so I took meal to go. Cut steak in half to fit into box, noticing it wasn’t cooked right. Asked for a new one to take home because I didn’t even eat my food. Manager comes around asking if everything is ok, we say no and explain my situation. Only to get a reply “Oh, barely returning to recook?” As if I ate half my meal, then asked for it to be redone, then left us alone. No way in trying to resolve or offer take of the meal, discount, nothing. Got my steak, cut into it to check before I take home. It was pressed till flat, cooked through, and I was told it would take 15-20 mins, came out in 5. So I know for sure it was pressed.

We asked if we can get a table by the bar area and service says no its full that we would have to check in and wait in line 1 1/2.., then he comes over to a couple that just walked in hugs the female shakes hands with the male.. says he will right back.. go up to them and seats them were i asked if it was available.. they didn't have to check in at all!!! 😡 As I watched him go get them menu's. Male servicer with glasses and black beard 😡. Caries on a conversation with them repeatedly 😆 must be nice to know some that works here 😂

They allow customers to bring dogs not used for handicapped purposes. Sucks for a quality steak house. Management doesnt seem to know the difference.

I love the food and atmosphere but to order to you stay waiting for someone to help you for about 25 min. Even though I've asked the bartender and multiple servers they always say to wait. Horrible to go service.

they have a weird policy where they won't let you seat everyone at the table unless everyone's there, The tables were empty Me and my business partner showed up at different times and were told the same thing, this cost them seven different meals, and a lot of money this policy has made it so seven people will never come back to longhorn steakhouse again.

The last few times weve tried returning and not been pleased with Longhorn, but this time was the final straw...They wouldn't let me have a seat while my husband parked, they weren't very busy either and no one else was waiting. They were so little rude about this policy of theirs.
Then the food was not even mediocre. They've lost thier atmosphere that made it a place to look forward to. I don't believe we will return.

The food was nasty and for the price I paid that was extremely disappointing. The was no parking in the curbside pickup which was my only option when placing the order so I had to park near the Costco and walk through the parking lot and a restaurant full of people and no walking space to wait for my food to come. Ribs were unflavorful and we said no green onions on both potatoes they still had them. It was our first time here and we will never be going back.
Parking: Don't go if you own a truck there will be nowhere to go and the space for pickup is a blocked in cube where if you get in you may never get back out.

The food is now way to salty I don't know if it is a new cooker or recipe change. This is something that started recently. For a long time Longhorn was my go to place

Wednesday night, not busy at all made us wait to be seated. We where going to order appetizers and drinks but was refused to be seated because one in our party was stuck in traffic.
Pretty decent, but my steak wasn't medium rare, it was very rare. Steak was also a bit salty for my liking. Fries were a small portion. The raspberry lemonade was good and the service was good. The bread is better than the sweet bread at Texas Road House and regular butter is better all day long.
Update: Decided to go back and this time just ordered a burger and fries. Fries were very very salty and the burger was cooked from frozen and dry as the climate.

Well I just cannot stomach all that salt they put on the baked potato. I wish they never started doing that. Next time I am just going to try and order a baked potato without the salt. They could even just rub all that salt off before cutting the potato. I just forget to request that. Lots of old people are on a low salt diet and this does not help. This is my very favorite restaurant in town.

The food was good. We went early for dinner, about 5 pm. We were seated right away. The server was very friendly. Our orders were taken in a timely manner and food was on the table quickly for what was ordered. It did take a long time for our server to check on us. It took over 30 mins after my family was done eating before the server came back to check on us. It took another 15 mins to get our bill and a few boxes.
