This is probably THE BEST representation of New Mexican food. Spicy and yummy. The salsa is better than Sadie's, which used to be the best salsa. The service is top notch and the prices are affordable. The is my favorite New Mexican food restaurant without a doubt.
We had a late lunch there while visiting Albuquerque. My husband ordered the fajitas and I ordered the green chile stew. Both of us really enjoyed the food. The salsa was very authentic with just the right amount of heat. I have to say that the green chile stew was the best I've ever tasted! 😋 I would've given this restaurant's food 5 stars if they had provided homemade corn tortillas.
We ordered the pozole rojo and green chili stew and were completely blown away with how magnificent each was! Those soups were stupendous and satisfying on every level and represent the best of New Mexican cuisine. Highly recommend them and the sopapilla was really light and delicious too!
