I really wanted a good bowl of menudo. I searched for "best menudo in Albuquerque" and after looking at pics and reviews, decided to try Los Olivos. It was a good decision. I ordered a small bowl of menudo along with chips and salsa. It was the best I've had so far in Albuquerque. Tripe was 95% honeycomb and the hominy and broth delicious.
