The beans and rice are tasty, and the hibiscus tea is refreshing. The homemade sopes and horchata are amazing, and the quesabirria and quesadilla are some of the best around. The small restaurant has a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff is very nice, though service can take a little while. With its rich and flavorful dishes, Los Pookies is definitely recommended for good Mexican food. Many customers wish this place was in Florida and would come back again.
