We love Pink Pony - best soft serve in Albuquerque, hands down! Everything on the menu we’ve tried is delicious, but highly recommend trying the specials - you can’t go wrong. They have dairy free options too and milkshakes, Italian ice and dipped cones but still say sundaes are a favorite in our household.
We frequent the mountain location, since it's close to home. The ice cream is always delicious, but recently we have had wonderful interaction with one of the staff members. She's always so kind, hard working and just such a ray of sunshine. I finally asked her name and I believe it's Alyssa. Sometimes people forget that customer service is what keeps people coming back.
