Based on the reviews, The Paleta Bar | las estancias offers great service and food. The employees are very accommodating, nice, pleasant, polite, and welcoming. The place is very clean, cozy, and perfect for a sweet treat. It has a large pick of ice cream bars with many flavors to choose from, including amazing flavors ones you would never think can be an ice cream bar. Specific menu items include the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries, which are well worth the money and really delicious with a lot of strawberries and pistachios. The gelato was incredible, creamy and bursting with flavor, with the pistachio being a favorite. The horchata is FIRE, and the ice cream bar half dipped with oreo and coconut was absolutely DELICIOUS. A taro paleta bar with fruity pebbles and milk chocolate drizzle was also yummy. Prices are great and not too expensive. The shop is in a strip mall across from Coronado’s with good parking.
