customer service is horrible. I ordered food and got the incorrect order. I get it we all make mistakes. so I called to get my order fixed, only to continue being hung up on so I go in and the cashier/ server was extremely rude. he said manager isn't here leave your number. so i left without food or a refund. love the food but the experience was enough to never go back.

First time going to Los Pookies and had a horrible experience. I didn’t know they closed at 9 and I went with two more friends around 8:40. We noticed they were cleaning up so we decided that we were going to order our food to go. We got seated and our server was super kind. While we waited for our server to get our orders we heard another server complaining about having to stay late because we had just gotten there. Him talking extremely loud about us being there close to closing time made us super uncomfortable and unwelcomed. When our food came we asked our server for to go boxes because and he insisted that we stay and eat. Overall the food was so yums and the other people working were kind, definitely not the best experience.

They don’t believe in tipping their delivery people

when you don't tip your delivery drivers who unload for you, says a lot of who you are and what your business is. shame shame on you. Hope your stinginess/greed is seen by Abq people. Will NOT recommend your business nor step foot in it. much better people and businesses out there who deserve ABQ's patronage. Not yours.

you guys buy bulk food and supplies from Sam's club that's sad, and then can't even afford to tip. quit being broke
