Was there during the Albuquerque Comic Con After-party at Doubletree. Fantastic hotel bar! Cool bar setup, nice lobby, etc. but the reason this place is so great is the staff. Especially bartender Mercedes! She's a hell of a bartender, pours a solid drink, and in the midst of all the craziness of the con, with celebrities and other freaks dressed in costume, Mercedes was calm, cool, and collected. I like this bar on weekday nights because it's quiet, so I can talk with whoever I'm there with, open late, and because the kitchen is open until 9pm. The food there is pretty tasty, too, just served in small portions. We had two taco dishes with our drinks and there were two tacos, plus chips on each plate. Satisfying and flavorful though!

Staying at the double tree, I ate here instead of going out, and it was pretty sweet. It was a top notch old fashioned, and the breaking bad salad. My server handled business, taking care of me and other people really well. I’m happy I stayed to eat and saved the time.
