Extremely disappointed. Only one person working at noon on a normal business day. Poor girl, not her fault. Take out took at least 1/2 hour and when I got it home the sandwich looked like my 2 year old, which I do not have, made it.

Waited almost 20 mins in line for them to tell me it would be another 30 min wait for an already prepared cup of chili.

We went in at opening - there was maybe 5 customers in the place. Cashier told us “it’s gonna be a 30 minute wait “ the problem wasn’t the 30 minute wait, the pribalem was the way she said it we felt like she wanted us to leave so we did !!!

I've been here twice and love it. The avocado salad has a great portion size and the ingredients were fresh both times. Has some good gluten friendly options

Viviana went above and beyond today , I truly appreciate it ,my mom's meal was forgotten we waited 20 mins , other staff continued on , but she fixed it , and made sure we were taken care of. This place doesn't deserve her and is lucky to have her. Human kindness is all we need sometimes Thank you Viviana. Would of been a 1 star without her. Customer service has become a luxury and she has it .

Bad service. People in line after me had their food already and I realized it was 30 minutes since I ordered.
I had to go to the counter and ask them where my food was. They'd completely passed over my order. When I got it, my chili was lukewarm.
Pretty sad portion for the price. Next time I want chilli I'll get a can of Amy's from the grocery store.
The red velvet cheesecake was good though.Will not be returning.

If you want to pay for your meal, then have an employee come out and tell you that your payment didn’t go through in front of everyone eating even though you have a receipt and proof that it hit your bank and then have the manager tell you she’s training the person even though she was all by herself and ask you to pay twice for the same meal then this is the place for you. Seriously though, spend your money anywhere else. Their customer service is non existent.

I have always had a pretty good experience here. Their food is good, and they have really good service. My only complaint is that they need to build one closer to me lol, but other then that, they are 5 stars indeed!

The staff seemed very unaware of a line in front of them that was only 5 people deep. I had to wait over 15 minutes to have my order taken with only 1 person ahead of me the whole time who also waited nearly as long. The person who took my order was friendly. There are at least 15 tables waiting to be cleaned so I sat at a table in-between two dirty tables waiting for my food. My food took another 15 minutes to arrive. Over all I was here for over 30 minutes from start to finish which is kind of wild for a place that was not busy at all. I wonder where the manager on duty was. I saw a lot of the staff just hanging around chatting while people were waiting for their food and tables waiting to be bussed. Clearly there is a huge lack in management and employee support. I’ve been to this location many times over the years and this was quite surprising to see how service has plummeted. Thankfully the food portion was adequate albeit the “large” mac side was not large at all.
