I usually love coming here. Maybe it's because of the holidays, but the staff didn't seem very excited about being there. Updating the menu would be nice too. If food is discontinued, removing it from the menu would be nice.

Lina, the manager, does a great job with customer service, employee guidance, and from what I saw, assisting the kitchen. Thank you for taking care of the small order mixup on a busy Friday night.

My first time trying this place. Ordered French Dip sandwich delivery. French dip came without the au jus. Last time trying this place.

The food is not at all worth the price they charge. I spent $54 and tip for three sandwiches and sides that we would have thrown away right away if it were not for the fact that we respect and honor the earth for the foods she provided us. The lettuce and tomatoes placed in the sandwiches were wilted and way past their prime. The macaroni and cheese was terrible. Do not go here. The bathrooms were also very dirty.

I am So delighted with the Southwest, Chicken, Avocado Salad... there's a half of an Avocado, Fresh Chicken, really good greens... really good. Keep it up guys.

I usually enjoy McAlister's and the options. However today I went and ordered food and waited 45 minutes with my daughter. Once I saw all these other folks who ordered after me getting food I had to ask for a refund. I was concerned when the cashier who served me asked if I had been helped and what my name was. Then another girl did same thing ten-fifteen minutes later.
It wasnt too busy but it was obvious by the 45 minute mark that they didn't know I existed, or cared to check.
I'm more frustrated about losing that time, I chose this place cause I wanted to sit and enjoy lunch with my daughter during my lunch break from work. Instead I didn't even get to eat, just stand there and waste my time. Thanks for nothing.

40 minute wait for food for one person when restaurant only a third full, whole place is dirty, food is fine if they would just fix everything else

McAllister’s is always a great experience! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the place is always clean and well-kept. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, but the real highlight is their amazing iced tea – it’s the best around! Highly recommend stopping by for a great meal and friendly service.

Tom my boyfriend there today, his first time. I got the French dip with broccoli and he wanted the chicken tortilla soup, but they were out. Server suggested the new chicken pot pie soup, so he got that. We waited 30 minutes before we got our food. Mine was great, nice thick sandwich. Boyfriend didn't like his soup(I didn't care for it either) they replaced it right away with the country potato. It was a hit, we will be back.
