McAlister's Deli

This is the first time at this location. Likely the last. I counted 11 tables with others trash on them with the number still on the holder and no one there. We ordered our food at 1:29pm and didn't get it until an hour later.
i ordered the Spud and they came out at 1:59 to tell me they were out and that I could pick another item or wait. She left me with a menu and I had to go up and tell her what I wanted at 2:16 because she never came back. I'm not sure what was going on, but there were several aggrivated people and others sending for back. Not a good look.

Food is delicious but service is abysmal, workers are very short with customers and every time I’ve come in I feel like I’m bothering them.

You guys, the restaurant itself is DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY!!!!! All of the tables were NASTY dirty!!!!!! We had to ask for a rag to clean our own table because there were no clean tables for us to sit up and under the tables were even worse! We will be doing the pick up next time no dine in. I wish leadership would do something about this because we complained and they did nothing.EEEWWWW

Cashier/host was very nice and helpful. i ordered a New Yorker to go but wanted all pastrami instead of half pastrami half corned beef. The order came out timely. I am a New Yorker and i know good pastrami, unfortunately the sandwich had all corned beef instead of all pastrami. The corned beef was just ok. I am sure their pastrami is probably less than 1/10th as good as Katz deli on Delancey in NYC.

Grilled chicken Cesar wrap. Not cut in half. The wrap is dry. Absolutely no love went into this meal.

Had the club sandwich with potato salad. Was very good. Nice environment. Friendly staff. I eould eat here again.

Had a great salad and sandwich made to my exact specifications. Friendly service, clean restaurant. Will try them in the Tempe AZ when I am there next.

Disgusting! The conduct of the front of house staff was just gross they were rude, short, and did not give me my full change amount back by 3 whole dollars. My sandwich looked like it was cut by a child and my order was almost completely wrong. Safe to say I will be posting this to my NM foodies group to make sure nobody has to go through that and waste their money at this establishment

Ate here yesterday - Cashier was great helpful and the staff check up on us and got us refills. Place looked clean and bright. I got the pick 2 with southwest avocado salad and awesome vinaigrette suggested from cashier. Second choice was French dip also good. The salad was enough to fill me up.Will be going here again!

Fantastic turkey chili and the kids size salad is big enough to fill up an adult! I will most definitely be returning. Excellent customer service displayed by the cashier.
