I usually only stop here for a soda and sometimes breakfast. The past three or so months, the service has become intolerable and aggressive. They are so rude on the intercom, you have to repeat yourself three times, and then are even ruder when you get to the window. I've started to just get my soda other places. It's worth it to go a little out of my way to just have a drama free interaction.
Kid-friendliness: It's not even adult friendly so I wouldn't suggest taking kids

Food was overcooked, dried out. I thought that quarter pounders were always supposed to be fresh made. This store does not do that. What a shame. Same problem with other stores in albuquerque.

These guys are blazing fast. I put in a mobile order while I was walking over from one block away. It was already done when I arrived. Other than that it’s a normal McDonald’s.
Dietary restrictions: McDonald’s lists all of its ingredients on its app and online and sticks to its recipes. You can easily check your allergens.
Parking: I have never had trouble finding parking, but if it ever did run out it is adjacent to a huge strip mall parking lot and you could walk a little further.
Kid-friendliness: McDonald’s is generally kid friendly although this one does not have a play place.
Wheelchair accessibility: The whole store is on the first floor and wheelchair accessible.

Never had an issue with the food, never been inside, usually get my food after work and leave or for lunch. 2 days ago 9/17 @11:30,pm I picked up my order and I was tired from working and was feeling under the weather.. I was hungry, so the closest to me was mcds, and when I got my order the night manager name SARA was so rude with me and she slammed the window after I told her my sauce for the nuggets nicely.. she closed the window fast after she gave it to me and looked back at me and I saw her mouth moving looking at me and giving me the mean looks. When I called, to ask for her name and the store managers number.. the guy that answered laughed at me because I was going to do a complaint. I felt very unwelcome I didn't want to go back afterwards but I still want to make a complaint because as a manager she shouldn't treat customers ugly. I understand you guys close at 12 and nobody wants to do any more cooking.. I was hungry that night and just got off work... if you don't like your job, Sara. Please step down or work somewhere else that doesn't involve customer service.
