The manager always on there phone the store te manager don’t use her mask to get the food they are so rude when they take orders they treated employees really bad I saw that I have pictures and videos of the managers without there mask and yelling to there employees
Every time I come for frappes have to wait up to 10 minutes sometime. what take so long and this is even time
Worst customer service
I just had the worst service I have ever gotten from this place. From the moment I got to the speaker to order. To the point I had to drive away from window. The guy at the window was by far the worst. He just stared at me when I told him my order was wrong. It was very clear he was not going to move. Horrible horrible service. When I called the manager she just totally ignored my complaints. Her "fix" was for me to drive back around to a long line. This is now at noon on a Sunday...read full review
