I went through the drive-through and ordered a #6 Taco Bell meal. Instead, gave me the nacho meal. I noticed it as I was driving home, so I turned back around while trying to call the store, which then answered my call, didn’t say a word and hung up on me 3 times. I ordered food online and didn’t get half of my order. I called the restaurant and was hung up on twice. No customer service at all. I will be calling corporate this is unacceptable behavior of staff and the company.
I ordered a chicken quesadilla meal and I got half of the quesadilla and a taco I didn’t even ask for, and not even that I asked for a baja blast freeze and the lady at the window rolled her eyes and proceeded to give me a cup of the freeze that wasn’t even full it was almost half way empty which is crazy I tried calling the store multiple times and no one picked up.
