Lobby closed makes it harder to order.Came back on 3/17/2024 took them 15 minutes to get out double quarter meal and 10 piece nugget meal through the lobby.Seems like they ignore the lobby and focus on the drive through and then when they feel like getting a lobby order out they will work on it.

Don't go here declining in customer service. Have had several bad experiences over he last 6 months thinking it would change as people working there would also change Problem is with whoever owns and operates this store not employees. Had to order this single item as app does not allow for feedback. Placed an online app order Check-in#PQ66-7811814. Drove 7 mins to pick up the order. Sat in a very long line waiting on food. At window I was told to park in a spot and wait further. Waited an additional 10 mins for order. When food was brought to me the employee said they were waiting on burritos. No picante sauce was provided had to go inside and ask for it. to Total time to wait for food was 35 mins. Food should be ready upon pick up 35 mins is too much time to prepare food. This store does not use the app correctly resulting in cold food and a long delay for the food to be given to the customer. This store fails to make any improvements in customer service.

This is the closest McDonald's to me so sadly I'm forced to deal with their bullshet if we want McDonalds, being that I don't have a car. As long as we've been going here, which is like a few years, we get a solid medium fry whenever we order a large. It's the strangest thing. No matter the fact that everytime it happens, we complain.. they NEVER stop doing it! I don't understand. Tonight was my breaking point with this location. The professionalism of the closing manager today, Sep 21, 2023, was absolutely absent. He's a pathetic man who should not be a role model for a team of employees, let alone be a representation of how this location thinks their customers deserve to be treated. Their lobby doesn't close until 7pm... not 6:45, not 6:30, not 6:50... 7. I got there at 6:50 and a man had just got rung up in front of me, he walks away & the manager & an employee yell that the lobby is closed. I walked there. I don't have a car. My boyfriend wanted an ice cream cone and I wanted a large fry. I ordered it thru the app cause I know it would've only taken them a few minutes to complete, and they wouldn't have to ring it up! I asked to go to the bathroom before I had to leave & when I came out I asked the manager if since I don't have a car and he's closing the lobby EARLY, can someone just hand me my stuff if I wait by the door. And he shuts me down, doesn't want to hear anything I'm saying, rejects me and walks away. I was pleading that his lobby doesn't close till 7 and he just shook his head, not hiding his frustration with me! The nerve. Just gross. I wish I could get a refund but I can't inquire until tomorrow.. so we'll see how that goes! I've been a manager for years at a Noah's Bagels & an Einstein Bagels.

It isn't often that I review McDonald's, after all, they are pretty consistent... no matter where you go. This one happens to be located in a convenient area for me. I have had issues in the past. Like the time I got a to-go order and they neglected to put the fish in the Filet-o-Fish sandwiches. Of course, I didn't know that until I got home. Even so, I get it; things happen. However, all the management offered was to remake them for me if I wanted to come back. It would have been a nice gesture for them to at least throw in a couple of drinks for the inconvenience it caused me. When I complained they did compensate me in some way. Didn't review them then, but my last visit just had too many problems and some were avoidable if they were more considerate of their customers. So, I met a friend there about 2pm and we decided to eat inside. I sat at a table and ordered from the app. While I was placing my order, there was a young employee who was mopping the floor. He put up the "slippery floor" warnings but didn't leave a way for me to leave the table where I was seated without having to walk across a very wet floor. The whole dining room, as well as the path to the counter were doused. The person I met for lunch had already taken a table at the far side of the dining area. On the app, I asked to have the food delivered to that table. I then nervously walked over the slippery floor to join my friend. Before too long, an employee delivered my food to me. All was well for a bit. Then I noticed my french fries were lukewarm. The floor was still wet, so I just ate them. When I was about halfway finished, I felt comfortable getting up to go refill my drink. The fountains weren't working. So, I waited at the counter until an employee came by. She apologized and turned them back on. I filled my cup and it was super fizzy. I tasted it and it was awful. I tried another soda. Same thing. Back to the counter to wait for another employee's help. I asked if he could refill my drink from the fountain behind the counter. Clearly, he didn't believe that I knew what a bad soda tasted like. He told me that the fountains behind the counter would be the same and he grudgingly went to fill my cup (and wait on the drive-through window.) In the meantime, the first employee came back, looked at me, and said, "Oh, I'm sorry." She had forgotten to turn on some other knob for the fountain drinks. I'm guessing it was for the syrup. So, by the time I got back to my meal, everything was cold. All in all, it was not a good visit. It could have been much better if they had planned on mopping their floor around their customers instead of making wet floors an obstacle. What's worse, I believe the supervisor was watching the floor mopper and didn't advise him to do better. (One more thing...when I tried to add this review to Yelp, this location wasn't listed. Why is that? It isn't like it's a new business. )
