Im sitting here eating my chicken nuggets and something crunchy was in my food. I looked at my nugget and it looks like a hair or something so I spit my nugget out and its feathers im eating. For how much mc donalds makes this should definitely not be happening. Mind you my husband got a hot and spicy a few months ago and he had something crunchy in his mouth and it was a freaking chicken toe with a nail.

Seems every experience here is a flop. Latest today is I order hot cakes and sausage. Apparently this location doesn't include butter, syrup and a fork/knife. Got home to none of that. Luckily I wasn't eating on the go... but seriously, can they ever get anything right here?

The last 4 times I got fries there they were undercooked. I kept trying again and I came to realize that must be how they want them cooked. Last time, I asked for them well done after I heard someone else order them that way, and they came out still undercooked.
The food was great, I barely waited for my food, but I asked for a meat and bun only burger for my kid and they gave me just the opposite. The burger had everything on it, like how it would be regularly ordered. I told them and they made it again, correct this time.

My husband and I went to get food for our kids today around 9:15 pm we asked for a Happy meal and a number 1 and a medium fries. We paid for our order at the first window we ask for the receipt and the employee said you can get it at the second window. So we pick it up our order at the second window and I asked my husband to check rhe order and we were missing the med fries so my husband wave at the Mcdonald's employee and he to him we were missing the med fries and he said no you didn't order a med fries and my husband said I did and he asked for the receipt my husband told him I was told I was going to get it here and the guys said no so my husband said can you please check and he said no but in a rude way so we asked to speak to the manager and we she can she was like what do you guys what!! I was shocked I was really your the manager no wonder your employees have an attitude she rolled her eyes and close the window. I really need to get hold of a general manager. I was really shocked how this people behave.

I needed to stop somewhere to use my computer. This was a GREAT experience. The employees were ALL courteous. Best experience I have had at a McDonalds ever. I dropped my debit card and an employee ran it out to my car. Wow! Thank you to you all.
