Absolute trash. Customer service is trash. Getting the order right trash. . . Just trash. Between waiting at pay window for 2 minutes waiting for the cashier to stop texting, and then forgetting my daughters bbq sauce. . . And this the resulting tantrum . . . Don't get here if you're a parent. . . Other than the bbq sauce, food was good. . . When trying to call them their phone is always busy, probably because they don't want to hear about the bad orders and make it right. . .

Poor service - McDonald's Mobile Apps doesn't work until 7 am, although the drove thru is open at 6 am & was informed McDonald's App doesn't work until 7 am - today only one person Working advised he was talking Drive Thru Orders as well as putting the order together, he never acknowledged my vehicle at the Drive Thru, when I pulled up to the Drive Thru insisted I pull back around and wait at the Drive Thru until he acknowledged me.Very Unprofessional service on Thursday, 09-21-2023 @ 6:23 amParking: Nothing to comment on

First of all 5 years ago I rated you all as a 5. I sure took that back because I have had several mishaps here and today just did it. I am a completely nice person and the treatment i received here was uncalled for. THE drive thru person was very rude and not to mention the Manger at the pay window. She was rude as well. Sorry it's busy but your customer service stinks....
You want a side of nicotine with your burger. Horrible experience. Tried to order counter pickup, but the lobby is not open yet (even though the app says it is). After walking around the building trying to find an open door to the guest area, the rude person on the phone said I had to get in the long drive through line (which was the whole point of picking it up inside).Sat in drive thru where I got the beautiful stench of smoke in my car from this employee smoking while he was checking in my future food. If this is the grossness you can see - what goes on beyond closed doors?Since I had already paid for my sandwich - I got it at drive thru. Of course, it was 10 minutes after I ordered it, so it was cold. Now my car reeks of cigarettes too.

I like going to this location because it still has that 90s/2000s feel. (I really don't like the modern gray look that newer McDonald's have.) This location also has a pretty good view of the Sandias! All the staff are really nice. The green chile double cheeseburger was incredibly disappointing, it was a small dot of chile and wasn't spicy at all. Every time I go, they don't have any ketchup in their dispensers, and their soda machine tastes like it needs a carbon replacement, but it's not the end of the world. I will continue to go to this location!
