Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Usually very nice but came 45 minutes to close and the two boys working saw us get out and walk towards the entrance and looked at us and dimmed the lights so we would not come in

I enjoyed my experience at Menchie’s on Holly. I came with my friends and we enjoyed great frozen yogurt. Thank you to the cashiers Matt and Serenity for their customer service.

Went there on Monday. Amazing ice cream and flavors! Martin was helpful.

The young people working here are really sweet. This place is my go to when I need a treat! I also like the philosophy of the owner. One of my happy places in Albuquerque!

Sad Sunday. Less flavors, caramel and fudge were cold; three employees there but one was working, not sure if the other two were training but it didn’t seem like it. Asked if they were closing soon and they said no at 11pm.😥

This store is always stocked with toppings and I love that each of my kiddos can customize their own FroYo. The workers (Wonder and Alyson) were pleasant, it’s clean and just a better chill spot than the one cross the walkway. (Sorry DQ)

The two workers (Wonder and Allison) were very nice. I got some strawberries for topping and found that they cut them by hand, such a great feeling to have them here.

I had such a great experience at Menchie’s thanks to Alyson and Wonder! They were both incredibly helpful and made my visit super smooth and enjoyable. Alyson was friendly and patient, helping me with all my topping questions and making sure everything was clean and well-stocked. Wonder went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even offered great flavor suggestions I ended up loving!

It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about your experience, but both of them made me feel like a valued guest. I’ll definitely be coming back—and bringing friends too! Shoutout to Alyson and Wonder for the awesome service!

Hello. I went to then Menchies on holly ave the other day. Let me just say I was deeply disappointed in this one staff. There were two staff there. One was doing their job and greatly helping me. The other one (name tag of jasmin) on the other hand was on her phone the entire time and asked to go to the bathroom from what I heard 4 times. Now, I’ve been going to this Menchies for around 3 years now and haven't seen her before. Therefore I am concerned she is not a great fit for this store knowing of the other members.

Lauren has always been a big time help at menchies! Everytime I’m there she doesn’t hesitate to greet everyone with a smile. Love this location!
