The frozen yogurt is good and my experience with Menchie's has been very positive until today. Today is my birthday and the cashier didn't even smile once or wish me a happy birthday. I just registered for the free birthday so I could get my serving of FREE yogurt. I won't be going back to this location unless I know there is a different cashier working there. I would like to speak to her manager because she definitely needs training in customer service. The container says our main ingredient is a smile. If that were the case, I got nothing for my $8 purchase for my birthday guests. My birthday experience was less that desirable. I'll be on the lookout for another Frozen Yogurt place because half the fun is getting the smile from the employee. I still love the yogurt--but I REALLY want the smile.

I love animals BUT, I don't feel it's right to bring your animals in and have them hover over all the toppings here at Menchies. Come on people, have some respect! It's pretty disgusting. There should be some rules to this!!

Wouldn't take cash card only. Very expensive they charge .75 cents a ounce be careful if u go here as it adds up very quickly.

Employee with a ponytail with dark hair on 8-11-22 @ 3:09 .p.m. is extremely rude. We asked her for sample cups and she threw them on the counter. I will not be back. I also let everyone know on my social media.
