Wow! Try this place. My boyfriend and I were just trying to find a place that had some loose leaf tea to give as a gift for a friend, and we even joked on the way about “I bet this place is a tourist trap and the same everywhere” NOPE! We walked up and started talking with Moon, the owner, and she was so knowledgeable about each of the herbs, how your body reacts to each one, and she helped pick out the best gift. They give people the wrong tea and when you call they won't return calls, very unprofessional they told me they have a tea for women and one for men we bought both and they are both the same they have the same taste and smell look identical , at first they gave me the wrong jar it was Ginger and peach when they told me it was hibiscus and mint Rhonda the manager tells me they don't have that but I have the jar with their label on it I sent her the picture and that's when they started avoiding me at 29.00 a jar you would hope they would want to please the customer, when I called to tell them they are avoiding me . Fraud I tell you. Don't buy the tea in the jars not worth it. they are not legit.

The owners are nice and friendly at 1st but once you buy their tea, you can email amd call and they do not answer your questions or concerns. The teas are great tasting. I just wish the owners were more customer friendly.

I have purchased different teas from here and love them all. I got to talking with the owner and found out all the health benefits the tea has. I suffer from inflammation I was recommended the turmeric tea. I was given the direction on when to digest the tea. I have had a complete 360 turn around with my inflammation. I would highly recommend checking this company out and asking question to better support your health.

Wow!! This place is surprisingly very good, and on the healthier side! Their pumpkin spice latte is delicious and they gave me $5 off my next visit! The prices are comparable to Starbucks, but the ingredients at Na' Teavo taste more quality and less like artificial flavoring! Would recommend!!

I ordered a smores latte, waited about 10+ minutes, and when I finally got it, it was Luke warm and tasted like very strong coffee with no flavor at all. I usually love Nateavo, but this time I am very disappointed.

Great place! Second time going here, first time we tried the yummy macarons and also ended up ordering some tea on ice after trying the samples. Recently purchased a few of their loose-leaf teas by the jar. The jarred tea leaves are pretty pricey if you’re not a regular tea drinker (30 bucks a pop!) but well worth it given the quality and as compared to other local tea shops. Definitely recommend everyone at least try it!
