Absolutely Delicious, we have been back 3 times since our 1st visit. You have got to give it a try, it will blow your mind by how good it is.
I ordered the Ube-Bee soft serve and it was hands down THE BEST ICE CREAM I have ever eaten in New Mexico! Not only was the flavor delicious, but the purple made it fun. I will most definitely recommend everyone to come here! I want more just thinking about it!
The ice cream is sooo good! And very friendly people.
I was excited to take my kids to this ice cream shop because it looked so kid-friendly, but the experience was awful from the moment we walked in. The first thing we noticed was a strong sewer smell. Tables were sticky and clearly hadn’t been wiped down, the trash cans were overflowing, and the windows were covered in fingerprints like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
On top of that, the employee working was incredibly rude. She rushed us, treated my kids poorly, and acted visibly annoyed rolling her eyes and blinking at us in irritation. She never once smiled and made the whole atmosphere unwelcoming.
I hadn’t been to this shop in years, so I wasn’t familiar with the area or “rules.” After getting our ice cream, I walked with my kids to the other side of the wall, which I later found out was the play area where food isn’t allowed. That rule is completely understandable but the way she told us was unnecessarily snotty and rude, which was the final straw. I just walked out at that point.
I even reached out to the owner about the experience, and instead of showing compassion or understanding, he dismissed me completely and sided with the employee. Owner told me not to bother responding because I’ll be blocked.
This place is very misleading. From the outside, it looks kid-friendly and welcoming, but inside it’s dirty, unfriendly, and the service is downright hostile. Would not recommend.
The ice cream was really smooth, liked it a lot. Nice cashier as well. Prices are eh; but that's to be expected nowadays...
Delicious ice cream! Big portion
Perfect blend of orange and vanilla with Nutella and sprinkles of graham cracker 😋
Ube softserve with black sesame dusting - best combo ever.
I had a pleasant experience, from taking a little longer to order to picking up my item. Call me a fascinated big kid at the selections and options to build my own fish-tailed cone! And it tasted great!
Vanilla is sooo good fun workers and unique ice cream cone when i asked for Nutella jam packed no shrinkflation here

Delightful soft serve shop! It’s a treat to come here and Neko Neko is the primary reason I’ll visit Sawmill Market. Straightforward counter service concept, unique desserts. Lots of fun.
Years ago when I first tried pandan flavor here, it blew my mind. I hopefully will be coming back soon when I'm in the area. The fish thing with Nutella was really good with the ice cream too.
First the register gave me a arrogant face with headphone on. Any respect at least?
Second u can clearly see they pre-made very cone and base. If u tried somisomi in Dallas, TX, u will definitely feel the gap. Plus, they don't offer cone with custard.
Third, the ice crease is absolutely pure mixed water with artificial additives no creamy and silky flavor.
Rip 8 dollars taiyaki. 🚯
Came out fast and tasted amazing
Mine and my husband's favorite spot to grab ice cream, but without the kids. If you aren't a patient person, go elsewhere because there is ALWAYS a line. For good reason - they are DELICIOUS!
