Some of the best barbecue I've had in the city. Had a brisket and hot link sandwich. The brisket was super tender with just the right amount of smoke flavor to it (not too smokey, not too bland). The hot-link had a good amount of spice to it as well. The sauce they have is really good too, but the meat doesn't really need it to be honest. The bun that they give with it is also good, it's basically an 8 inch roll as opposed to a burger bun.The only complaint I could...
As we were placing our order a man who was leaving said this was the best barbecue in town (owner or relative maybe?). He was right! Ribs are fantastic, pulled pork is Smokey and delicious, and our side of corn fresh and flavorful.
