Took 45 minutes to get our entrees. I noticed everyone had drinks, but no food and now one looked happy. When we finally asked why it was taking so long, they said that they were 2 staff short. Fair warning would have been nice.
They may not be open when they say they are - I even called to confirm today only to arrive and they had closed up early.
Don’t order through through UberEats or any other delivery service. The poor drivers all show up to pick up the order and Ohana Hut could care less. They don’t have the order ready and you end up going through several drivers all with the same outcome. They don’t answer the phone either. Don’t waste yours or the drivers time by ordering here. I won’t be ordering online or in person ever again.

This company needs to be taken off DoorDash. This is 3rd time I’ve been to the restaurant and they’ve refused to make the customers food. They wasted my time and they also wasted the customers time. now probably any repeat business from them. Because I call the customer and tell them they are refusing to make there food. even though they already payed and I’m here to pick it up.ill never come to this restaurant wether im working for DoorDash or on my personal time. Because there busy and don’t want add more work. I will tell evey person I know to never come to ohana but because of what the do to there door dash customers.
Was given a gift certificate that only had a 3 month expiration which we did not know about. It was a ridiculous to have so short an expiration date.. It expired a few days before we tried to use it and the manager said there was nothing that could be done. The service was poor and the sushi only so-so. Although I had liked this place the first time we went, I will not go back based on our last experience. Unless management make amends for this I will never recommend Ohana Hut to our friends.

I ordered take out. I sat in the restaurant and got to see the portions that were being brought out in the restaurant was way different then the take out. My ramen was more than 3/4 empty even when combined with the broth, I ordered shrimp with it they placed two shrimp in the container. Very disappointed in both the service and the food. The chicken teriyaki bowl was not satisfying. The two sushi rolls I ordered were ok. The first one only had 4 pieces and the second was a complete roll. I was excited to try this place for the first time. Now I know it is not a place I'd go back to.
Kid-friendliness: It was kid friendly but notified after eight we had to leave. I put my order in at 7:00 was out by 7:27.

Their Spam Musubi and Poke bowls are great!
Great place for a healthy and cheat meal.
I have not tried their sushi rolls, but will rate once I get around it.

Went here for the poke bowl and didn’t love it, it was also hard to find, there were not signs out side so we had to call, then inside there was just a tiny chalk board sign that took us a sec to find. Service was good and fast.
The food is wonderful. But 1 hour for edamame? There were five tables when we were there. That is insane. I was told “we had a rice backup.” Interesting. Don’t go if you’re in a rush… or have daily plans.

Restaurantji Recommends
First of all, this place is kinda hard to find. It is located inside of the Marble Brewing Co. so the atmosphere is mainly a bar. The food was great, a mixture of some Hawaiian like spam musubi, teriyaki chicken, and poki bowls. The rest was Japanese, which is very popular in all parts of Hawaii.

I’ve been a fairly consistent customer of Ohana Hut for about two years now and have always appreciated the consistency and quality of food that they offer!!With that, I’ll admit I was quite disappointed in my order today ? I ordered the spam musubi and only received half of the usual portion before receiving the poorly presented spicy tiger roll with more hot Cheetos on the plate than on the roll. I’m assuming/hoping this is a one off experience, but of course wanted to note the change in quality/portion for the $.

Food was great! Service was literally non existent. Had to get our own waters, order on the app, served with no plates and when we asked for some we got disposable Styrofoam plates. $30 for 2 rolls of sushi I expected more. Worst service I've ever had. Not coming back
