We tried them for the 1st time at the ABQ Food Truck fest and my lord was it yummy! All I ate at the truck fest was BBQ (about 7 or so trucks) there and this was so good, top 3!!!! We got the pulled pork with some mac and cheese (and they were kind enough to let us sample their brisket!) The Brisket has sooooo much flavor and great texture! The pork was was juicy, tender, and delicious! I wasn't a huge fan of the sauce (my husband def liked it) but, the food was so good, no sauce...read full review
