The restaurant was nice and clean and calm. Not dirty.
However, we arrived before their crowd started coming in and were told it would be 25 to 30 minutes. We ordered to go due to needing to drive home. We ended up waiting for more like an hour with no communication from staff. We ended up asking for a refund and went somewhere else. We were pretty disappointed because we were really looking forward to some food that we dont have great access to in our own town. Most likely won't try here again.

I’ve been coming here for years and today it will be my last. I waited 45 minutes for a Tom Yum soup with clear glass noodles. Upon receiving my order they messed up the noddles. There was someone in front of me that got a refund. When I asked for one the two cashiers didn’t say anything except sorry as the manager just again apologized and yelled, “The middles are right trust me, bye”. So rude.
The Tom yum was $20 and is now cold on my way home I’m extremely upset.

I’ve been coming here for awhile and today I realized I have no idea why. Their food isn’t anything special. It’s just meh. I am a curry lover and I don’t think their curry is very authentic or flavorful. I’m done here.
Orchid Thai has been a favorite of mine for the last 14 years. Service is consistently friendly and welcoming and the menu is varied, interesting, and appealing to vegetarians and omnivores alike. While I miss the old decor and funky atmosphere, this place is still my go-to for excellent Thai cuisine.

Excellent food. Sadly the only downside was the slow service due to employee shortage. Otherwise worth a few more visits.

Someone said their medium is spicy and that is absolutely not true if you actually like Thai food and some spice. Easily remedied with a spice rack, and I found the food to be fantastic and the service to be kind.

Food is some of the best. Be aware not the best area, but back parking is not bad. Problem is it is so slow. Food is excellent but food is so slow.

This place has delicious food, a variety of items to order from, and friendly staff. The Thai tea here is absolutely delectable, the curry is so delicious and flavorful. Will be returning soon to try more of what their menu has to offer.

Don't let the outside of the building fool you. I had a huge portion of pad Thai and it was awesome!

They remodeled and it's lost some of the beautiful things I liked before but it's still clean and nice. Servers were fast friendly and accommodating. We ordered pad Thai and drunken noodles .my noodles were a little over cooked and seemed to lack heat. My friend explained they ordered them mild so that explained that. They don't do table service like before. Now you go up to the cashier and order from there and food is delivered. Everything came out quickly, food was still hot and we had lots of left overs for lunch the next day.
