The food is fresh and delicious. The service is first rate.A big attraction for us is the gluten free menu and most excellent. Our server was helpful and explained the dinner options and had great wine recommendations. It is the kind of superb service we are used to. Paisano's ambiance is understated elegance. We have been enjoying Paisano's for nearly 20 years. It is an exceptional restaurant and that keeps us coming back year after year.

Food and service were very good. A lot of really good gluten free options! When we walked in we waited about 5 minutes and when the host showed up he took a phone call, and then asked how many in our party, we said 4. He went to look for a table and said it was being set up so we continued to wait. Then two different parties of two came in who were seated at two different four tops before we were even acknowledged. We ended up waiting 15 minutes to be seated while others were...

Ordered the White Feather to go. I tried to remind my son that he should’ve probably ordered it on the phone an hour before he thought he could make it up. He sat and waited this happens. Good food takes time and this was worth the wait.
I’ve been ordering the white feather off and on for two years now and it does not usually disappoint but this time there was some magic going on.
Thank you to the chef as a 25-year Taos local. I will keep coming back.
