My wife and I went to this location at 8.50 on a Saturday night for dinner. We went to the drive through and they already turned on the box to say they were closed. All the light were on and ppl inside eating. We pulled up to windows and got mean looks from the staff. We read the times and the sticker said they close at 10 pm. Thinking the speaker was broken We went park and go in to eat. As soon as we park one of the staff member ran to the door and locked it just as we were about to walk in. Just rude... I'd they had an issue with this store at least they should have put up signs and communicated the problem. I will never come back to this location.

Just tried to come to the paseo location on a Saturday night at 8pm and the drive thru said they were closed. I saw people inside so I thought I will just go inside. As I pulled up the girl rushed to the door and locked both of them. So rude. Not sure if they are having tech problems but if so at least put a sign on the door then. I hope the franchise owner sees this review.

I had a terrible experience with Panda Express. My order was incomplete, no one answered my calls, and the store manager never followed up. This could have been an easy fix, but instead, I’ve been ignored. Still waiting for a refund. #DoBetter #

I was served by an employee named DEE, she work on Saturday nights shift! First she told a customer that was asking for some extra plates to wait her turn rudely while making to go place careless, make us wait till she finished. Then start taking orders aggressively with an attitude. Once she start taking mine she didn’t show no mercy nor patience and ended up leaving in the middle of the order for no reason until another employee comes to help me. Feels like I was ordering at Popeyes that day. Not a pleasant place to go.

Came here today around 4:30 used the drive thru. The staff was friendly and all seemed to be in a good mood :-) the young woman who took my order was very polite. My food was also great, everything was hot and tasted freshly made, got my food very quickly. Typically I don't care for the food much but will probably be back more often after my experience today!
