Came here 12-9-25 to pick up a mobile order. When my son started eating grilled teriyaki chicken it turned out to be about 80 percent fat, it had very little chicken. So I returned and told an employee about it, she got a manager i believe named quincy. I explained what happened and with a bit of attitude just rolled his eyes got a small container put some orange chicken and put it on the counter. I advised him that the white carry out try had more chicken with fat in it, of course again seemed annoyed rolled his eyes again, it was obvious he was getting mad, got another small red box filled it with orange chicken and put it on counter. He didn't say a word the whole time and was going to ask a question to him but he just turned around and walked away. Just bad customer service all from this manager.

This place totally defeats the purpose of online ordering. They don't care if you ordered 20 minutes ago, they prioritize the people waiting in line and will leave you standing 15 minutes past when your order should have been ready

They made me wait over half an hour so they converse over what, I don’t know, then made me wait longer so they could cook a new batch of chicken I would avoid this location just bad lack of service and lack of obligated workers.

We waited in the drive thru 20 minutes before our order was taken. Other people walked in and were served right away. Another 15 to 20 minutes waiting to pay, tell me why this took almost an hour of waiting in line to get food?

I doordash in order on October 22nd at 7:30 p.m. not only did my Dasher have to wait 25 minutes for the order. There was no silverware, napkins, soy sauce, or fortune cookie with my order. When I called the location to ask why it took so long and why there was no extras in my bag. The employee hung up on me. I had this delivered to my work where I have no eating utensils. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Looking at the other reviews this is not a great location

The food was dried out and I had to wait forever for my order, no soy sauce and the employee seemed bugged when I asked for the teriyaki sause for my chicken. Very bad experience and even worse was the food.

New manager at this location who gives very light portions. Bought a bigger plate and received the same amount of food as what normally comes in a bowl. Saw him do the same for the two customers in front of me as well. Would not recommend this location going forward

You get the worst customer service here. If they even mention for you to wait dont bother doing it because they will forget about you and serve everyone else ahead of you. Than when asking how's the order going or is it ready they will once again tell you that the items you were waiting for arent available. Waited 40 mins to get told we dont have your order ready because we forgot you were waiting. Don't be polite like me and wait because they will forget about you and waste your time! This is what happens when managers dont want to hurt their drive through window times. They clear your order off the board it make it seem like they are running a smooth ship.

I have been a regular at this location for 9 years. During the last few months, availability of food has gone down immensely. Portion sizes have gotten smaller as well while the price continues to go up. During the daily lunch rush, there are few customers present. Nobody in line in the Drive-Thru. Today it took 4 and 1/2 minutes to be acknowledged at the drive-thru. They only have one side dish available. Steamed vegetables. There is a 10 to 15 minute wait on three separate entrees. Orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and the new spicy orange chicken.
