Why do i always have to ask for sauce and napkins for my orders at drive-thru? This is the third time i had to ask. Are those things that expensive? At least me a piece of napkins or something. Bad customer service. Employees had too much attitude here.

Customer service thru the drive thru sucks and is a joke. William H snooty attitude really needs to be evaluated or not work the drive thru if he can’t get a simple order right.

Panda Express really hit the spot, tonight.I can't remember what my wife thought, but I got teriyaki chicken and sesame chicken. They were delicious!One of us got who done noodles and the other got fried rice. And we shared. The food was fresh and delicious, and I enjoyed dinner very much.Check out the photos.

The portions a are great but the service was rude the girl taking the order was laughing and rude to me I couldn't even tell her what I wanted because she was rushing me so I just told her whatever she had that's all but she was rude and I did not get what I wanted but the food was great I drove all the way across town just to go to that specific location does portion size is better but service was not so good

Poor customer service. The drive thru worker acted annoyed when asked for straws. And rolled her eyes when she was asked for napkins after she failed to put any in the bag. It was a simple request. Do better.

Place is great when there is no people but if it's remotely busy their priorities are terrible. I made my order and had to wait for more food to be cooked which I'm fine with.10 mins pass I see the food I order come out great going to get my order. Then I spend next solid 10 mins watching them completely ignore my order.Oh the workers were fast churning out order for the drive through while NO ONE but me was waiting inside and my order just completely ignored. Until I guess there was finally a pause in drive through that the guy doing it noticey order and completed it. It took 30s to complete but I had to sit there wait 10 extra minutes.

The food was very good today. I had to wait ten minutes while they made more food. They were out of three of the main items. The cooks were doing a very good job trying to keep up. They were just very busy and short staff.

Lately the food has not been that good and I noticed that the boxes to take out are smaller, I don't know what is going on lately The food in restaurants like this is not good quality like before it's so sad.
This is not a good Panda Express. They run out of basic items like WHITE RICE. This is the second time. We’re going to start going to Rising Star.

Always something wrong with the order at this drive through location. The last visit was no sauce packets, incomplete cub meal (no apple slices), wrong side dish (rice instead of greens), and burnt eggs/veggies with the fried rice.

Waste of time and gas driving there. Its 5 o'clock and the dont have anything I ordered, no chicken, no rice. What the heck. Thats the whole menu. NO RICE, REALLY!! This exact thing happened the last 2 times I tried to go there. Im done, not trying again. Bad business!
