Came here today around 4:30 used the drive thru. The staff was friendly and all seemed to be in a good mood :-) the young woman who took my order was very polite. My food was also great, everything was hot and tasted freshly made, got my food very quickly. Typically I don't care for the food much but will probably be back more often after my experience today!
They were trying, but they seemed to be disorganized. The fried rice wasn’t ready for our meal, so they put the meals aside until it was, then charged me again for the side though it was part of the meal. I didn’t bother to get them to fix it as there was a long line. Also, when I started to eat my 2-entree meal, there was only 1 entree, and I had to get back in line to get the 2nd entree. My beef broccoli was all broccoli. Not the best experience we’ve had at Panda Express.
The food portion was really small even using Panda Express standards. Went through the drive-thru and didn't get anything to eat the food with or any napkins. The team member who waited on us was friendly and personable. Just because of their attitude, which is a welcome change from most places these days; I'm willing to give them another chance.
