It's a great place for a modern dish and it always has great deserts, could use more variety of deserts. The sandwiches are always great, one of my favorite places to eat, never filling.

I love Panera Bread; however, this specific location is seriously lacking in customer service and cleanliness.

They have great healthy food! I had Mediterranean vegetarian sandwich with a cup of squash soup and frosted sugar cookie. Really delicious! It's clean and the diverse staff is pleasant. Parking is cramped for big vehicles.

The sandwiches had very little meat on them. The bread was chewy like it was getting old.

Panera is known for their breads. I was very disappointed.

Given the high cost for sandwiches, they should have had more meat and better ingredients .

I would not recommend this store.

This place has gotten worse every time. Awful food, and they argue with you. The food is pre-made, greasy and usually cold. Breakfast sandwiches are microwaved. They use rancid oil if you want anything "grilled". Some of the soups are okay. Randy the manager just makes excuses for poor service. What a shame, they used to be good. Health inspectors need to check on this one.

This Panera is so lazy, no real dishes only to go containers after 5 PM. Give me a break. I’ll never go back to this location again even for lunch. It’s very disappointing for people who live in the south valley and the Nob Hill area. We have to waste our gas and go to the Coronado location because this location chooses to be ridiculous and pathetic. Have fun losing customers and money.

Dropped in here back in June for a bite. Had eaten at a Panera in Richmond a few years back and had good memories. This place, however, is horrible. No atmosphere, scowling cashier, terrible food in tiny portions.

It's good, I would appreciate more ordering kiosks, but it works. Additional lighting might be appreciated... I was there around sunset and it started to get a little dark inside, without the lights coping for it.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed.

Wheelchair accessibility: The location is wheelchair accessible.

WOW. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Microwave broken. Cashier was super friendly though, as was the person cleaning the dining area.

I have always been a great admirer of focaccia bread. I used to particularly enjoy the basil pesto pasta, which is no longer on the menu. As a result, I do not visit as frequently as I used to, but when I do, I am always thoroughly satisfied.

Plenty of seating. The menu is great, I joined the sip club because I love their Green Passion Tea so much.

Half chicken blt + broccoli cheddar soup + passion gauva + free blueberry muffin = awesomeness.
