The audacity of panera to ask if you’d like to add a tip when you put in your order on an ipad and aren’t served by a single human being. YOU should pay your employees more, not me.
I’m tired of this Panera. They never have hot coffee and Vicky at the front is one of the rudest individuals I’ve met in customer service.

One of the best resturant experiences of my life, but it's in the La Cueva part of town so it's down a star. Go Eagles!

Warmly greeted as I entered. Front counter help was friendly, offered good recommendations and suggestions that upgraded the sandwich without additional cost to the order. I ordered 1/2 sandwich and soup. The Rancher Chicken Bacon sandwich with added veggies was very well made. The Broccoli Cheddar soup tasted very good. Tables were not all wiped down and some of those were overly wet from recent cleaning. It is however a nice place to have a mid-day meal away from the office or as a simple outing. The use of coupons (digital point system) made this visit an affordable yet very tasty meal. Solid 4 ⭐ this visit.
Parking: Parking is shared with an entire commercial center but you can get lucky enough to park right in front of the store.

Stopped here after arriving at Sunport Airport in Albuquerque and heading to Taos. Service was fast. We dined in but because I asked them to eliminate the onions and pecans, they put it in a to -go bag. Everything was as ordered.

We have been having the Pecan Braids and coffee ever since this place opened. While prices have risen, the pastries have gotten progressively smaller. Today they were wafer thin!!!
Not sure how to post a picture but they were not even a half inch thick. I guess we are all being put on a reduced diet.

The food is fresh and flavorful, with many options for customization - extra vegetables and toppings for salads and sandwiches. The pricing, though - woohf. The only time we eat there is if we have a deal, which Panera has been offering recently because of consumer price fatigue.
Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options on the menu for breakfast and lunch items. Large salad selection but many contain meat, so would have to order without
