“I do have to hand it to Panera for some outstanding soups. The shop always seems like a favorite for teenagers when I'm helping chaperone a school trip. I don't know if I would choose on my own to go to Panera, but I'm always happy we went afterwards. The standard chili in a bread bowl was very good this trip.“
“It was very good. I'm not sure how Panera got so expensive cuz I haven't been there in a while but the quality was still there and I was happy they had my favorite chicken and rice soup. Can't wait till the fall when the squash comes back!“
“The food was good and healthy options available. Essentially self service, and we don't like kiosk or scan and order dining, but it's available if you do. We haven't eaten at a Panera in years but were pleasantly surprised that it was better than our last experience. Clean location with hard working staff. This is appreciated!“
“Met with friends for lunch. The facility was quiet even tho there were other dinners in there. Food was ready quickly. They did mistakenly give me a wedge of bread instead of the chips but they quickly rectified that. The Mac & Cheese was so good, creamy. And paring that with a sandwich was the perfect size for lunch.“
“I came today to let the GM know my soup had come out as almost all broth yesterday (my go to when sick) Randy went above and beyond to make it right. Food service is a difficult industry and mistakes happen. It’s all about how you correct them!“
“We came in right away we were greeted by Alex. He was amazing, friendly and funny. We had an issue with the sandwich being made wrong he ordered one stat. We had it within two minutes and also a cookie for the inconvenience. Great Customer service 10 out of 10.“
