We didn't know what we wanted from the Menu when we arrived the lady there was sorta rude about the situation mind u I've worked for this company before and I know that you are supposed to provide a little menu for costumers to review on the counter but no any questions we asked she was " idk UMM we have this pizza but that's not the name" like the unnecessary attitude was not needed for this. We did notice that the team was sorta irritated because we waited for our order she seemed kinda mad she had to work idk but it was not an experience that id allow my team to give to a first time costumer

Papa John's on University and this one are so horrible they can't even be used as bad examples. This once fantastic brand has gone to total hell. The lack of leadership from corporate to franchise owners to training of managers and employees is absolutely evident. I thought you had to try to make something so miserable.From trying to order using a picture of a coupon that said coupon not required..... And being denied this coupon price... I wish I would have left without a pizza or an argument. But I broke that old rule of not arguing with stupid. Well I lost on both accounts. Not only did I pay the regular price even though the coupon said no coupon Needed to redeem coupon price.... The pizza was horrible I should have just gone to domino's.If it were possible to give negative stars I would. I hope corporate reads this and i'llawait corporate doesn't care... So you should not come here.

I worked here for not even a month at first everything was good then as I got to see how the mess is there it's disgusting the manager at this store was supposedly a accountant but there has been thousands missing from store the employees mentioned to me also she purchased something from me and owed me money and left it with another manager because her shift was up but i seen he got the money from the safe so she pretty much got everything free it's such a big mess there I delivered also and supposedly they pay by pizzas and then miles whatever they can believe there own lies in there circus there running there and most the guys don't wash there hands at all few of them do poor APS students and who ever orders from this filthy place. My point is don't eat or work here

Called store for clarification of their labor day deal and an extremely rude, unprofessional woman with a raspy voice answered the phone and said she knew absolutely nothing about the online deal. When she was asked to cancel our order she said "don't ever order here again" and hung up the phone. Not only is she not knowledgeable about deals her company is running but she isn't even appreciative of her customers.
