Though I think they need to place a beer menu on the side wall where you’re inevitably going to wait in line on a busy weekend, the staff was really accommodating with beer recommendations, and offered me a sample to help me decide. I didn’t feel rushed, which might add to your wait. But I think the attention they give you makes up for it! Also the beer was tasty 😋

Great taproom style storefront with loads of local brews on tap, along with ciders. All local so if you want your Coors-latte, go somewhere else—only real beer served here. Awesome selection of flavors with multiple options per style of beverages to your liking. Get your brew for about $8/pint and get some great food from the other stores in Sawmill.

Bartender was friendly and fast. She also helped me pick a better IPA, (Marble brewery IPA) by suggesting it over another and then giving me a taste. Unlike the rest of the food we ate here, the beer and a coke were incredibly reasonable.

Really slow service, I was second in the line and took 5 minutes to order my beer. 3 persons at the bar, only one serving customers. Queue built up. I got my beer and immediately gave my card to pay, however, another employee showed up and started talking with the person who was serving me, one more minute went by and then finally I got the check. 4 employees behind the bar and only one serving customers, now a lot of people waiting in the line, this was Friday at 2 PM, the mall wasn't busy at all, can't imagine how it's at peak hours.

I loved the vibe at Sawmill and the beer selection at Paxtons. If you want a great selection of New Mexico beers, this place doesn’t disappoint.
Nice, tasty selection of brew at a painful $8+ a pint. Yikes! Long line too on a Sat night, however, staff was pleasant & accommodating to our beer needs.
