Originally, when I thought of soft serve, I would think of childhood haunts where we'd get hot Caramel drizzled over chocolate swirl and add on a few gummy bears or whatever little candies they had on hand.
Now, I think of ice cream with freshly pulled Espresso over top. I think of vanilla with roasted Hazel nuts and a touch or olive oil and finishing salt with a hand made toasted Marshmallow. I think of hot summer afternoons, at the end of a long work week, indulging in the sweet decadence of Pink Pony Soft Serve.

Anyone saying the ice cream here is just "overpriced McDonald's" or not flavorful must honestly have no taste buds. The soft serve here is delicious, creamy, and always the perfect coldness to be able to eat and enjoy without worrying about overdoing it. It is a small LOCAL shop with delicious ice cream, which is why my friends and I will keep going back!

I love this soft serve spot! It’s become a regular favorite of my whole family. They have really amazing specials and I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered there. They could use a little more seating, but I think it’s a testament to how amazing their soft-serve is! I look forward to enjoying them for many years to come.
