Well if you weren't in for national Pizza day I don't think I would ever eaten in this place it's kinda ran down customer services OK the pizza I give it a 2.5 out of 5 stars

I've always known Pizza 9 to have plenty of cheese, more than most pizza restaurants. This last time, there was hardly any cheese and way too much sauce. There was also confusion between the phone order staff and the communication with the restaurant.

I ordered a meal that was 82 dollars. And our pizzas and cheese bread barely had any topping and sauce.. crust wasn't even what we order.. we asked for deep dish and got one thin crust and one deep dish.. not worth a second try.

I ordered my pizza online and expected to only pick it up after 25 minutes, but when I arrived at the place, they had never prepared it, I had to wait for my pizza almost 20 more minutes and when I received my food it was not well prepared as on other previous occasions

I wish they could keep the price down but the pizza here has fantastic flavor overall! A bit on the pricey side for the sizes given. The dine-in seating is always completely empty so it's great to sit and watch the TV and talk while you eat.

Pizza was delivered through Doordash. It was burnt and we were given anchovies instead of artichokes. We thew it in the trash as it was nasty. I live close by and this was always my go-to pizza restaurant. I've never had a problem before. Quality control seems to be lacking and at least one employee couldn't be bothered to make a new (correct) order.

Will the pizza was good and the buffalo wings was good as well. Service was friendly and all in all everything was good. I highly recommend. I did order on the phone for pickup..

I REALLY want to leave 5 stars. But, because our delivery was almost 45 minutes late.... I honestly can't. The pizza is always the best. I just wish they could get it here when it's promised. I'll order/pick up again in the future. Maybe they can redeem themselves and I can update this review.
